| High quality teaching design is an important guarantee for the effect of classroom teaching,and learning situation analysis is not only an important link of teaching design,but also an important way for teachers to meet the individual needs of students.In order to better promote the development of vocational school students and enable them to display their talents and make everyone become talents,learning situation analysis is essential,which requires teachers to carry out teaching design and classroom teaching according to learning situation,and teach students according to their aptitude,so as to maximize the development of students themselves.At present,there are many academic researches on learning situation analysis,and there are many researches on teaching design from the perspective of learning situation analysis,but these researches are almost concentrated in the field of general education.There are relatively few researches on applying learning situation analysis to the field of vocational education and exploring the classroom teaching design of professional courses in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of optimizing learning situation analysis.In this paper,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods are used to understand the specific situation of situation analysis in the current front-line professional teachers in secondary vocational schools,especially in the teaching design of teachers majoring in room service and management.It is found that almost all teachers of this course are aware of the importance of situation analysis,but there are some problems in practical operation,such as narrow content,single method,lack of integrity and narrow application of situation analysis,And these deficiencies also lead to the inaccurate teaching objectives in the teaching design of the course,the low quality of teaching content,the inappropriate teaching strategies,the lack of pertinence and value in the design of classroom questions,and the lack of hierarchy in the design and arrangement of after-school exercises.Based on these problems,it is necessary to construct the framework and methods of learning situation analysis in secondary vocational professional course classroom teaching,so as to provide a set of operable learning situation analysis tools for secondary vocational professional course teachers in the front line.This set of methods is designed based on the existing relevant research,the scoring reference of vocational skill competition and the survey results of this questionnaire.It emphasizes that the analysis of the classroom teaching situation of secondary vocational professional courses should pay attention to the analysis of students’ professional knowledge base,professional knowledge and skills,learning strategies and other aspects,highlighting the professionalism,professionalism and practicality of vocational education.Then,using this set of analysis framework and methods,this paper measures and analyzes the learning situation of class 20 Hotel cruise class in a secondary vocational school,and fully infiltrates the learning situation analysis results into the teaching design.According to the learning situation analysis results,it determines the teaching objectives,selects the teaching contents and teaching strategies,sets up classroom questions and arranges after-school exercises.Finally,based on the measured learning situation of level 20 Hotel cruise class,the section of "cleaning and tidying up guest rooms" in the professional course of "room service and management" is selected for teaching design,so as to fully show how to better apply the learning situation in teaching design. |
