The Antinomy Of International Mobility Of Professional Athletes And The Exploration Of China

Under the wave of globalization,the international flow of professional athletes is becoming more and more frequent around the world.The generalization trend is not only reflected in the increase in the number of people,but also in the increasing number of project categories.The international flow of professional athletes brings expected benefits to athletes and the imported countries themselves,but also brings challenges to the ethnic identity of athletes and the balance of talent training in imported countries.Under the background of China’s "national system" and "gold medal strategy",the naturalization of foreign professional athletes is in an embarrassing situation.Excellent sports The loss of staff has not shown a decreasing trend.Therefore,the analysis of the practical problems of the international flow of professional athletes needs to be further explored and explored,and the study of the naturalization and immigration of Chinese athletes is urgent.This article uses literature method,case analysis method,expert interview method and other scientific research methods to define the core concepts of "international flow of professional athletes","immigrant athletes" and "immigrant athletes" used in the article.From the perspective of the reverse of the second law,we will analyze and summarize the phenomenon,causes and "official" attitude of the international flow of professional athletes,re-examine the practical problems of naturalized foreign athletes and lost outstanding athletes in China,and put forward relevant opinions.The specific conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Under the background of globalization,there is a national identity threat that may break the peaceful development of the original competitive sports under the generalization of the international movement of professional athletes,which is the most important conflict and contradiction in the international movement of professional athletes.Specifically,it includes the contradiction between the movement of athletes due to the difficulty of national identity,and the contradiction between the implementation of naturalization in the importing country and the imbalance between the domestic athlete training system.(2)The main phenomena of the international flow of professional athletes are the "siphon phenomenon" and the "funnel phenomenon".The two are the inevitable existence of balancing the sustainable development of international competitive sports,and there is no order.The existence of one phenomenon must have the corresponding existence of the other at the same time.If you want to pierce the development of domestic competitive sports through the international flow of professional athletes,it is necessary to fundamentally balance the relationship between the two in order to improve the high-quality development of domestic sports in today’s globalized development.(3)Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of demand,there are three parts to the underlying motivation of professional athletes’ international mobility: first,physiological and safety needs.The inability to meet the most basic food,clothing and security in the country of origin is the direct reason for choosing mobility;second,emotional belonging and respect needs,which is an important reason for athletes who have not found beliefs in the original country;third,self-realization and transcendence needs,and the realization of life value is the fundamental reason when it is not necessary.(4)Judging from the "official" attitude of the international movement of professional athletes,the International Olympic Committee,the International Individual Sports Federation and the Olympic Committees of various countries or regions support the international mobility of professional athletes.In order to vigorously develop international sports and conform to the development of world competitive sports,organizations have a sense of holistic and overall view.At the same time,official organizations are also showing strict attitudes and refining relevant rules to control the reasonable flow of professional athletes around the world and present the fairness and justice of competitive sports as much as possible.(5)Based on the policy evolution,data collation,case analysis and practical problems of China’s naturalized foreign athletes,it is believed that China is not suitable for large-scale siphon under the national system;the naturalization of foreign athletes should be combined with the characteristics of sports events;the naturalization of collective athletes should be viewed correctly;the obstacles of national identity should be actively faced;and it is recommended to implement strategies fornaturalized foreign athletes,including improving policies,establishing management and supervision institutions,and building national identity.(6)It is necessary to learn from the experience of the loss of outstanding athletes in the past and avoid the risk of losing outstanding athletes in China under the funnel phenomenon.The first is to optimize the domestic competitive sports environment;the second is the rights protection mechanism of naturalized athletes;the third is to innovate the reserve talent training system of athletes;and the fourth is to strengthen the construction of national identity of professional athletes.(7)For the international movement of professional athletes,first of all,on the basis of compliance with legal provisions and moral norms,they should be accepted and developed,and the lack of legal support and moral behavior will also be abandoned.Research shows that in the next decade,Congress will try the structural transformation of competitive sports and no longer regard the "gold medal strategy" as the only way out of the national system.
