| In recent years,in order to achieve the goal of national fitness,the state has vigorously promoted the strategy of “Healthy China”,and the national awareness of fitness has gradually increased.At the same time,along with the development of new technology,the new media environment changes constantly.The new scene of “Cloud Fitness”,featuring no time and space restrictions and immersive fitness experience,is widely popularized,which prompts people’s fitness behavior and needs to change.During the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,offline fitness is limited,fitness blogger Liu Genghong self-created “Compendium of Materia Medica” shuttlecock exercise by the whole network attention,quickly triggered a “Cloud Fitness”wave,people from all walks of life have joined the “ Cloud Fitness” army.“Cloud Fitness” exists and develops based on various new technologies.Due to its low entry threshold and technical limitations,it inevitably has some shortcomings.However,its development and popularity have also opened up a new path for the development of the fitness industry,and its role in promoting national fitness and improving national health is also undeniable.The fitness consciousness of college students has been improving,and they have become the main force of Chinese fitness groups.During the popularity of “Cloud Fitness”,college students have also joined in,becoming the backbone of the army of “Cloud Fitness” and a typical representative of the crowd.Therefore,this thesis takes college students and “Cloud Fitness” as the main research object,combines the two,takes media scene theory and health belief theory as the main theoretical basis,and discusses the popularity reasons,health communication effects,problems and challenges of “Cloud Fitness” among college students through in-depth interview and questionnaire survey and other research methods.Through these analyses,we hope to obtain the optimization strategy of “Cloud Fitness” for college students,and provide useful reference for promoting the active and scientific fitness of the whole people and improving the national health status.The full text is divided into senven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this thesis.The second chapter introduces the development of “Cloud Fitness” for college students.It combs the overall development of“Cloud Fitness” for college students from the popularity of “Cloud Fitness” during the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic and the development status of “Cloud Fitness” for college students.The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the popularity of “Cloud Fitness” among college students.Based on the media scene theory,it analyzes the reasons why college students generally carry out “Cloud Fitness” from the macro level of national policy and epidemic background,the meso level of new media technology development,and the micro level of college students’ own multi-faceted fitness needs.Based on the theory of media scene,it analyzes the reasons why college students generally participate in “Cloud Fitness” from the macro level of national policies and the background of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,the meso level of new media technology development,and the micro level of college students’ own multi-faceted fitness needs.The fourth chapter analyzes the communication effect of“Cloud Fitness” among college students based on the theory of media scene.This part includes the design of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and analyzes the basic situation of“Cloud Fitness” among college students,influencing factors,existing problems of “Cloud Fitness” among college students through the obtained data,as well as the communication effect of cognition,attitude,behavior and health status of “Cloud Fitness” among college students.In chapter five,combined with the results of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the problems existing in the communication of “Cloud Fitness” for college students are summarized and sorted out from the perspective of media scene theory,so as to provide ideas for the optimization strategy of subsequent research.From the perspective of media scene theory,the sixth chapter puts forward referable optimization strategies for the communication problems and challenges of “Cloud Fitness” among college students.Through these optimization strategies,it is expected to provide reference for effectively improving college students’ awareness of correct and scientific fitness and exploring the sustainable development of “Cloud Fitness”,so as to create more possibilities for the realization of national fitness and effective improvement of national physical quality.Chapter seven is a summary of this thesis. |
