Study On The Countermeasures Of Mental Health Transmission Based On Depression Of College Students

The physical and mental status of college students relates to our country’s future. Faced with increasing pressure from study, employment, Interpersonal relationships and so on,college students’mental health problems are increasingly highlighted, and becoming an important issue to continue in-depth study. Based on this background, This paper chose one of the most important problems of college students’ mental health, the Depression problem, for Health communication studies.This paper is composed of six chapters. Chapter one is about the research background, purpose, objects and methodology. Chapter two is literature review.the concept,history and the present situation of related researches of health communication and the College students’ mental health are carded in this chapter. Then the social learning theory of Albert Bandura is introduced as the theoretical basis of discussing health spreading countermeasures.Three main Concepts, the triadic reciprocal determinism, Self-regulation, and self-efficacy also are introducd in this chapter. Chapter four gives A comprehensive introduction of depression problem in college students, summarizing the college students’ depression status, occurrence mechanism, influencing factors and so on. Chpter five, as the key chpter of this paper, summarizes the countermeasures of health communication for the College students’ Depression problem.
