Based on the rapid development of mobile information technology and the development strategy of The national fitness in China,in recent years,the national awareness of sports and fitness has awakened,the value of fitness industry has expanded rapidly,and the Internet sports service industry has also achieved unprecedented development.In this context,Internet + mass sports,as the main part of the Internet sports service industry,has given birth to many new sports service models--fitness APP,fitness we-media based on Internet platform and online fitness coach service based on community interaction,all of which are the enrichment and upgrading of the mass sports industry chain.The research on fitness new media is not only of great significance to the analysis of health communication effect under the new media technology environment,but also an important means to promote health communication,especially health education and health promotion.This paper embarks from the health communication effect,according to the can achieve four difficulty levels-health information knowledge,health beliefs,the health behavior and health improvement for logic,through the flexible application of different research methods,respectively to investigate three different sources of fitness class new media-fitness APP,fitness class from media and online fitness camp health communication effect and its influencing factors,and to the three different fitness class make a horizontal comparative study of the new media Answer the three core questions: what is the health communication effect of fitness new media,what are the influencing factors of the health communication effect of fitness new media,and what are the differences and similarities of the health communication effect of fitness new media under different channels.This paper innovatively studied the use of fitness new media in different channels and found that they can achieve the effect of health communication at four levels.Based on the research contents and conclusions,the text summarizes the similarities and differences in the health communication of fitness new media under different channels: the similarities and differences are the audience's interconnectedness,especially the audience's initiative,negative result cognition and efficiency consciousness;Different performance is reflected in the different degree of individualization of fitness new media in the dissemination of information,the different ways of supervision of health behavior execution in the process,and the different community environment relations constructed by different fitness new media.In terms of influencing factors,the audience's own factors(including individual values,individual's willingness to act,and individual's sense of self-discipline);The factorsof healthy behaviors(including the difficulty and cost of behaviors);Factors of the communicator(including the professional degree of the communicator,the authority of the communicator in the industry,and the fitness service level of the communicator)constitute the influencing factors of the health communication effect of fitness new media.
