| Physical health is the basis of healthy growth and development of young children. In recent years, due to the sedentary lifestyle and long-term wrong movement habits, the problem of poor posture of young children has become increasingly prominent, but the problem has not been paid enough attention by the public.Structure determines function, and children are in a critical period of growth and development, when abnormal body structure will affect the normal growth and development of children. Objective: To evaluate the posture of young children in Kangqiao Education Yalong Kindergarten,Mayor’an District,Shijiazhuang, and to screen the common bad posture problems of children,so as to further improve the public’s attention to the bad posture of children.According to the screening of bad posture problems, design targeted sports teaching activities and verify its effectiveness, and compare the effects of different sports teaching methods on children’s bad posture,in order to improve the relevant theory and practice of children’s physical education,in order to promote the healthy growth of children.Research methods: This study mainly adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, investigation, experiment and mathematical statistics.Among them, the body static posture evaluation method was used to investigate and analyze the posture status of 483 children in Kangqiao Education Yalong Kindergarten in Mayor’an District of Shijiazhuang. In view of the common bad posture problems of children,116 children from 4 middle classes were randomly selected for a 12-week experimental study, including 58 in the experimental group and 58 in the control group. The experimental group carried out the sports teaching activities under the bad posture intervention theory, and the control group carried out the traditional sports games teaching activities in the kindergarten. After the experiment, the static body posture of the children in the experimental group and the control group was evaluated again.χ2 test was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The results showed that the incidence of poor posture in young children was high, and only 9.3% of them were at a good level.the highest incidence of malposture were pelvic anteversion(50.9%),knee hyperextension(32.1%)and high and low shoulders(27.6%).The incidence of poor posture of male and female children was statistically compared, except for neck tilt, round shoulder and knee joint hyperextension(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of other abnormal posture between boys and girls(P > 0.05).(2)Before the experiment, the incidence of each undesirable posture of the children in the experimental group and the control group was tested by χ2 test, and none of them were statistically significant(P > 0.05).In the experimental group,χ2test was conducted before and after the experiment, and the results showed that the incidence of the five undesirable postures of the children were statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)for forward neck tilt, high and low shoulder, round shoulder, forward pelvic tilt, and knee hyperextension, and the incidence of the four undesirable postures of lateral neck tilt,O-leg,OX-leg,and X-leg were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).In the control group,χ2 test was performed before and after the experimental posture assessment results, and the incidence of various undesirable postures in the children was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After the experiment, the incidence of each undesirable posture in the experimental group and the control group was tested by χ2 test, and the incidence of the other five undesirable postures were statistically significant(P < 0.05),except for anterior neck tilt, lateral neck tilt,OX-shaped leg,and X-shaped leg.(3)Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of abnormal posture between the experimental group and the control group(P >0.05).In the experimental group, the incidence of poor posture of male children before and after the experiment was compared and analyzed, except that there was statistical significance in the incidence of high and low shoulder, pelvic anteversion and knee hyperextension(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).The incidence of other bad posture was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Only the incidence of pelvic anteversion in female children was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and there was no statistical significance in the incidence of poor posture between male and female children(P >0.05).In the control group, there was no significant difference in the incidence of bad posture between male and female children before and after the experiment(P >0.05),and there was no significant difference between male and female children(P >0.05).After the experiment, the incidence of abnormal posture of male and female children in the experimental group and the control group was compared and analyzed.the results showed that there was significant difference in the incidence of round shoulder, pelvic anteversion and hyperextension of knee joint in male children(P < 0.05).The incidence of other bad posture was not statistically significant(P >0.05).The incidence of abnormal posture in female children with high and low shoulder and pelvic anteversion was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the others were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Research conclusion: The problem of poor posture of young children is common,in which the incidence of pelvic anteversion, knee hyperextension and high and low shoulders is the highest;compared with the traditional sports game teaching in kindergarten, the sports teaching under the theory of posture correction has obvious advantages in improving children’s posture problems and promoting children’s healthy growth, and there is no gender difference in bad posture between male and female children. |
