| The integration of information technology and education has changed with each passing day,becoming the new normal of education and having a revolutionary impact on education.Combining talent cultivation in vocational schools with the actual needs of enterprises,explore diversified teaching reforms,and help vocational schools cultivate skilled talents with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,strong employment ability,and sustainable development ability.Guided by the OBE concept of teaching,this article investigates frontline experts,teachers,students,and other aspects of the enterprise in accordance with the talent cultivation plan of Z secondary vocational school and the teaching objectives of the Photoshop Graphic Image Processing course.It analyzes the teaching status of the Photoshop Graphic and Image Processing course and the job requirements of the enterprise,and determines the typical work tasks,teaching objectives,and teaching content of the course.Supported by Taylor’s principle,competency based education theory,and referring to the steps of Achaea’s OBE education model and the implementation process of OBE concept in university courses,a teaching design for Photoshop Graphics and Image Processing in vocational schools based on OBE concept was finally designed.The design process transformed the learning outcomes of the course into three dimensions of knowledge,skills,and quality,and further subdivided into multiple ability indicators.Corresponding evaluation methods were designed for each ability indicator,Finally,three rounds of action research were conducted.In the evaluation of teaching effectiveness,the achievement of the research object’s ability indicators and relevant data are analyzed.At the same time,methods such as enterprise assessment,teacher assessment,and practical cases are combined to explore the effectiveness of teaching models based on the OBE concept and summarize the shortcomings of this model in the teaching implementation process.The teaching practice results have proven that the teaching mode of Photoshop Graphics and Image Processing in secondary vocational schools based on the OBE concept needs to reconstruct the teaching objectives,content,methods,and evaluation of the course,and design teaching content based on the ability of enterprise positions that conforms to students’ learning patterns.Compared with traditional teaching modes,this mode emphasizes the main position of students,which not only enhances their comprehensive professional ability,literacy,and independent learning and exploration abilities,but also enhances their overall professional ability,It also enables students to have higher aesthetic and innovative abilities while mastering knowledge and skills. |
