In general,lighting division refers to the need for artistic creation,the use of a variety of professional lamps and lanterns to create a variety of ‘Light and shadow effects’ of professional and technical personnel,the key words can not be separated from professional,technical,etc.,but the Lamplighters from Henan province,who now account for more than half of the total number of Lamplighters in China,have given people a new understanding of the Lamplighters’ profession,keywords such as‘Peasant origin’ and ‘Close ties of geographical kinship’ have enriched the interpretation of this group beyond the definition of professional and technical personnel.This group is the embodiment of the economic development model of‘Fellow countrymen’,and its development is closely related to the problem of migrant workers’ mobility.But for a long time,there is not much academic research on this group.Based on this,the author through the study of the group’s development process,group characteristics,group Status Quo,by using the methods of literature study and unstructured interview,and combining with the field investigation of‘Deng Ye’ case in y County of X City,this paper makes a systematic analysis on the skill transfer of this group,with the theoretical knowledge of social network and cultural memory,this paper further reveals the uniqueness of this group and the problems and challenges it faces under the impact of the times.Based on the relevant literature and the results of field investigation,at the beginning of the development of this group,the ‘Leaders’ accidentally got the opportunity to engage in this profession while working abroad and gained economic and reputation benefits from it,then,through the model of ‘One Belt,many people with help’,the group continuously conveys human resources to the film and television lighting circle.There are invisible social relations and organizational networks among them,according to the relationship will be divided into numerous small team learning technology,business,economic benefits.In these links,the acquisition of skills is a very important link,Henan Lighting Division is not after the professional system of learning and training to shape,this means that the acquisition of their skills is actually completed in the process of practice,under the premise of the acquisition of skills,will produce the group of internal differentiation,career re-selection link thus launched.In conclusion,the development pattern and history of the group constitute the cultural memory of the group at the emotional level,while the link of skill transfer constitutes the cultural memory of the group at the realistic level,the final play of cultural function on the development of this group has a variety of effects.Finally,from the reality,the author tries to discuss the problems and limitations of ‘Dengye’ group under the development background of many years,and affirms the significance of this group’s development to many aspects,a combination of perceptual cognition and rational attitude to look at the development of this group.
