| The Middle School Informatics Olympiad is one of the important ways to explore and cultivate innovative talents.It not only enriches information technology teaching activities,but also cultivates students’ comprehensive abilities and qualities,especially problem-solving ability,autonomous learning ability,and logical thinking ability.Therefore,there are many similarities between the development of the Middle School Informatics Olympiad and the cultivation of innovative talents,which is a topic worthy of attention and research.This project aims to provide comprehensive teaching and training guidance through participating in the Informatics Olympiad of A Middle School in * * City as an intern school,and to intuitively experience the education mode of the entire process of the Informatics Olympiad in high schools.The survey focuses on students who have participated in the Informatics Olympiad,past students,and coaches of the Informatics Olympiad.Through a combination of questionnaire surveys and personal interviews,the teaching content,schedule,and teaching mode of the Informatics Olympiad are discussed Conduct research on students’ learning patterns and exercises,and analyze the impact of the Informatics Olympiad on students’ thinking quality and learning ability from multiple perspectives,as well as the role of the Informatics Olympiad in cultivating the quality of innovative talents.Therefore,the main research content includes:Firstly,by reviewing relevant literature and materials on the Information Olympiad and innovative talent cultivation,analyze the current research status of the Information Olympiad both domestically and internationally,as well as the current status of innovative talent cultivation.On the basis of other researchers,summarize the concept of the Informatics Olympiad,summarize the characteristics of training,summarize the connotation and training content of innovative talents,and further summarize the key elements of the Informatics Olympiad for cultivating innovative talents.To lay the foundation for the research content and process.Secondly,conduct a full process data analysis and research on the entire process of the high school information Olympiad,sort out the arrangement of competition content,the teaching of Olympiad coaches,and the learning of participating students,and summarize the information Olympiad training mode and experience of A Middle School in * * City over the years.Thirdly,through data analysis of the content,competition mode,and competition results of the information science Olympiad in high schools,the inevitable relationship between the information science Olympiad and innovative talent cultivation is explored,including analysis of students’ overall innovation level,analysis of differences in innovation level among individual students,and analysis of the impact of the information science Olympiad on innovative talent cultivation.The research results are obtained,and the existing problems and shortcomings are identified,Propose to improve the competition mode and strategies for the Informatics Olympiad.The main purpose of this study is to help everyone fully understand and correctly understand the significance of the Information Science Olympiad activities,as well as the role of the Information Science Olympiad in cultivating students’ innovative ability and comprehensive literacy,and to encourage teachers and students to actively participate in the Information Science Olympiad. |
