| The most basic unit of the city is the community, and the field of community life in modern society faces uncertain threats such as natural disasters, public health, and major accidents, and also faces the unique complexity, diversity, ambiguity and differentiation of the community architecture.Starting from the logical starting point of social science constructivism, this paper believes that it is necessary to focus on the meaning, logic and belief of human experience based on the consensus that the risk disaster crisis in modern society is constructed by human society.Community resilience can be presented through the evaluation of residents, the backbone of the community and a highly stakeholder-through the unstructured evaluation of community resources and capabilities,it can explain and summarize the degree of local community resilience in the face of external disturbances and further explore its influencing factors. This study aims to measure the resilience of communities to natural or man-made disaster crises in general, rather than specific types of disaster crises; It is designed to be based on a common framework that allows intuitive statistical presentation across geographies. From the perspective of community resilience theory, based on the actual background of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, this paper constructs a localized community resilience evaluation index set, taking into account the geographical location, material conditions and population composition of the community, and selects 6 case communities in Guangzhou(Liede Community,Ershadao Community,Guanhe Community,Heyuan Community,Nanting Community,Beiting Community)as survey samples, uses 350 questionnaire survey data, identifies the potential factors of community resilience from 22 indicators, and sorts out the main influencing factors. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Build a community resilience index set containing 22 indicators, make a community resilience evaluation scale, use factor analysis to classify the indicator set,and extract six potential factors of community social capital, population characteristics, mitigation measures, community governance, economic status, and physical environment as six dimensions of community resilience evaluation indicators. Therefore, the first-level indicators are community resilience, the second-level indicators are community social capital, population characteristics, mitigation measures, community governance, economic conditions, and physical environment, and the third-level indicators include 22 operable indicators of urban community resilience evaluation index system. The factor weights were calculated by using the factor contribution rate, and the resilience evaluation scores of the six dimensions were: mitigation measures(3.668),> population characteristics(3.650),> social capital(3.641),> economic conditions(3.621),>community governance(3.614),> physical environment(3.593),and finally calculated that the comprehensive evaluation score of community resilience was 3.634,and the comprehensive resilience of the community showed a moderately high level.(2)With the help of multiple linear regression model, the influencing factors of individual characteristics of community residents on community resilience and comprehensive resilience were further explored, and it was found that gender had the most significant impact on community social capital and community governance, and women had greater resilience in these two dimensions. The impact of hukou on community resilience in six dimensions and comprehensive resilience is significant, and local hukou residents have greater resilience.Monthly income has a significant impact on population characteristics, mitigation measures and comprehensive resilience, and residents with higher monthly incomes have greater resilience in these three aspects. |
