Research On The Construction Path Of Rural Revitalization Social Work Service Standard System

Since the social work profession originated and developed in urban communities in the West,when using general social work service standards to carry out rural revitalization social work services,there are problems such as conflict between service principles and villagers’ cognitive structure,service values conflict with villagers’ thinking methods,service methods conflict with villagers’ behavior patterns,and service processes conflict with villagers’ value structures.Based on the theory of cultural differences,its root cause lies in the fact that the general social work service standard system does not take into account the characteristics of local culture,and the rural culture formed under certain social,historical and geographical conditions has the characteristics of closed and conservative,experience convergence,family hierarchy,and ethical standard,which creates villagers’ submissive,dependent,perceptual,and internal-seeking personalities,and has a deep-rooted impact on villagers’ cognitive structure,thinking mode,behavior mode,value structure,etc.Therefore,the construction path of the rural revitalization social work service standard system is to start from the characteristics of local culture and adjust the service principles,service values,service methods and service processes.That is,the adjustment of service principles from "cross-border cooperation" to "broadening inherent knowledge" and "finding common interests";Service value adjustment from "individualization" to "progressive individualization",from "acceptance" to "critical acceptance";Adjustments to service methods of "leveraging family authority in community participation" and "weakening family authority in participatory community meeting law";Service process adjustments for "Maintain communication with service clients during service planning" and "broaden ideas for service recipients in service execution".
