In recent years,due to the impact of the epidemic,the market capacity of China’s early childhood education industry is shrinking,adverse competition events occur frequently in the industry,the regulatory system of the entire industry cannot keep up,the quality of early childhood education products is uneven,and the degree of specialization of talent teams is not high.The market has generally formed a situation where international brands and local brands coexist,while local brands tend to be homogeneous.Due to the impact of double reduction,many disciplinary training enterprises have also sunk into the early education industry,becoming potential competitors in the early education industry.Some products with early education characteristics are also affecting physical stores in the domestic early education industry.The early education industry is gradually strengthening both in terms of supplier bargaining power and buyer bargaining power,and competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Choosing a competitive strategy that is most conducive to highlighting their competitive advantages and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the company has become an urgent issue to be resolved.This study takes Meisi Early Education Company as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the research background and significance of Meisi Early Education Company’s competitive strategy,clarifies the practical issues to be solved,and determines the research methods and content.On this basis,the theoretical basis and literature review of this study are summarized.Secondly,this study deeply analyzes the current competitive situation in the early childhood education industry,and analyzes the actual reasons for the problems through the company profile and current major competitive issues faced by Meisi Early Childhood Education Company.Thirdly,the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external macro environment faced by enterprises,such as the political environment,economic environment,cultural and demographic environment,and technological environment.The Porter Five Forces Model is used to analyze the external industrial environment of enterprises,such as peer to peer,potential entrants,alternatives,supplier bargaining power,and purchaser bargaining power.The internal environment of enterprises is analyzed from three aspects: internal resources,corporate culture,and core capabilities.Through SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses faced by Meisi Early Education Company,and finds that the appropriate development strategy for the enterprise is an enhanced strategic direction.Based on the current situation and characteristics of Meisi Early Education Company,this paper comprehensively analyzes three competitive strategies,and analyzes the feasibility of the three competitive strategies in detail.It is concluded that business differentiation strategy is the strategic direction that the company should choose at present.Finally,in view of the current competitive situation and causes of problems of Meisi Early Education Company,specific implementation measures for the company’s differentiation strategy have been accurately formulated,including continuous optimization and upgrading of curriculum research and development,franchise support,operation management,and other aspects.A series of safeguard measures have been proposed,including paying attention to industry policies and regulations,improving the salary system,establishing and improving corporate culture,and integrating online resources,to ensure the smooth implementation of various differentiation measures.Through the study of the current situation and problems of Meisi Early Education Company,as well as the formulation of competitive strategies and safeguards,this study hopes to help Meisi Early Education Company further clarify its strategic direction,timely adjust its competitive objectives,highlight its own advantages and enhance its core competitiveness,promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company,and maintain a leading position in the domestic early education industry.
