What are the differences in their competency,social support and commitment to the future of school soccer? What kinds of social support do they need? What is their level of work commitment? These are all issues that cannot be ignored in the development of school soccer,and therefore,it is urgent to conduct such studies.According to this research background,the purpose is to examine the current situation of campus soccer teachers’ competency,social support and work engagement,to explore the possible interrelationships among them,to try to construct a theoretical hypothesis model of the influence mechanism,to explain the differences among campus soccer teachers’ competency,social support and work engagement levels,and to explore the possible role of competency in the relationship between social support and work engagement mechanism.The results of the survey were studied through interviews and questionnaires with campus soccer teachers,and correlation analysis,factor analysis,and regression analysis were conducted with the help of SPSS23.0 statistical software.The results of the study showed that: there is a significant positive correlation between school soccer teachers’ competency and work engagement;there is a significant positive correlation with social support;there is a significant positive correlation between social support and work engagement;the study also found that,in addition to directly predicting the influence of work engagement,competency can also be used as a mediating variable to indirectly influence work engagement,and there is also a significant correlation between them.Based on the results of the study,it is hoped that the core competency characteristics of campus soccer teachers can be clarified to help campus soccer teachers improve their competency level and subsequently gain more social support,so as to achieve the purpose of improving work engagement. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | School soccer teachers, competency, social support, work engagement, role mechanism | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
