| In China’s special education system and vocational education system,physical education for disabled students in secondary vocational schools is a very important part,and it is of great significance to strengthen physical education in special schools in the process of realizing the modernization of China’s education and the construction of a healthy China.In recent years,the state has taken multiple measures to vigorously promote the high-quality development of special education and vocational education,improve the level of sports for students with disabilities,and ensure that every student with disabilities can receive physical education.However,due to various reasons,physical education in secondary vocational schools for special education still lags far behind general teaching.This study took 10 special education secondary vocational schools as the research objects,and used literature method,observation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method,Pareto analysis method and other research methods to analyze and grasp the current status of physical education for students with disabilities,explore the actual difficulties they face,and finally find out a feasible development path,so as to serve the teaching work practice.The study found that the practical difficulties faced by physical education for students with disabilities are:first,there is a lack of school-based textbooks suitable for physical education for students with disabilities,physical education teachers do not have a couprehensive and in-depth under standing of curriculum standards,ignore the educational penetration of motor skills,mental health,and social adaptation,the depth and breadth of conventional teaching are insufficient,and the frequency of cooperative learning and multmedia teaching methods is less.Second,in view of the learning characteristics of students with disabilities,although classified,layered,and modular education is carried out,and project-based,individualized,case-based,and contextualized teaching is adopted,the under standing of the learning situation is not deep enough.Third,there is a mismatch between the physical education teacher team and the actual needs of physical education,and there are situations such as low proportion of teachers,low ratio of teachers and students,more job transfers,more part-time jobs,and less training.Fourth,the configuration of sports facilities and equipment is quite different,and some schools only allocate sports venues with small space,which cannot meet the needs of large-space sports activities and training;The maintenance of equipment and equipment is not timely,which affects the development of physical education courses Fifth the rules and regulations of physical education management are not perfect,the organizational structure is not clear,there are loopholes in management,and there is not enough attention to physical education.Finally,the research extracts the development path of physical education for students with disabilities:first,fully consider the physical condition and particularity of students with disabilities,combine group classes and individualized teaching,build students’ self-confidence in actively participating in sports,and improve their interest in learning.Second,strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,and allocate sufficient personnel according to the characteristics of school physical education teaching,the requirements of professional talent training programs and the characteristics of the curriculum;Strengthen the training of teachers’teaching ability,and improve the level of teaching,coaching,teaching and research.Third,schools need to allocate infrastructure and equipment from the aspects of sharing resources,introducing funds,making large use of small sites,and rationally allocating venues and equipment,so as to achieve overall planning and rational use.Fourth,fully understand the academic situation,fully consider the vocational needs of students with disabilities to set up courses strengthen teacher-student exchanges,and raise the awareness of students with disabilities to actively participate in sports. |
