Realistic Dilemma And Development Countermeasure Of Ideological And Political Construction Of Public Physical Education Course In Colleges And Universities

In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that ideological and political education should run through the whole process of education and teaching.In2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guiding Outline for Ideological and Political Construction of Courses in Institutions of Higher Learning,further clarifying the tasks of ideological and political construction of various courses.Public physical education courses in colleges and universities is a compulsory course for all college students,and is the main channel to impart the knowledge and skills of physical fitness.Moreover,as General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "sports carries the dream of national prosperity and national rejuvenation",public physical education courses in colleges and universities are also an important channel for value shaping,and carry the arduous mission of cultivating people by virtue.Therefore,the integration of "ideological education" into the curriculum of public physical education in colleges and universities is not only a positive response to the national policies,but also the appropriate requirement for the construction of physical education curriculum itself.This paper takes the realistic dilemma and development countermeasures of ideological and political construction of public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities as the research object.By using the method of literature,logical analysis,questionnaire survey and expert interview,we explored the value implication and the connotation of The Times of the ideological and political thinking of public physical education courses,investigated the current situation of the construction of the ideological and political thinking of public physical education courses in colleges and universities,systematically analyzed and deeply discussed the existing practical difficulties,analyzed the causes,and found out the corresponding development countermeasures.The results show that the practical difficulties of ideological and political construction of public physical education courses in colleges and universities are as follows:(1)Lack of cognition of ideological and political construction of public physical education courses,some teachers and students have weak ideological and political awareness of public physical education courses;(2)The essence of curriculum ideological and political construction is lacking,and the compatibility between teaching content and ideological and political content is weak;(3)Ineffective measures of ideological and political construction,single teaching methods and methods,lack of innovation,and shallow teaching effect;(4)The management of ideological and political construction of the curriculum is not complete,the system is not perfect,and the organization is not strong enough.On this basis,Further study the causes of the real dilemma from the system factors,teacher factors,student factors,network factors and other aspects,The following countermeasures:(1)improve the ideological and political norms of public physical education courses,All aspects of the force to the ideological and political work of the overall planning,Concentrate on the implementation of the ideological and political work of public physical education courses;(2)Strengthen the ideological and political evaluation system of public physical education courses,Increase the ideological and political assessment content,Set the evaluation index,In order to provide scientific guidance and direction for the ideological and politics of public physical education courses;(3)Enhance the ideological and political ability of ideological and political physical education teachers in public physical education courses,Change the traditional concept of PE teachers,Strengthening your own learning,Build the educational value and significance of ideological and political education of public physical education curriculum firmly in the heart;(4)To correctly understand the necessity and importance of ideological and political education of public physical education courses,The long-term development of ideology and politics in the public physical education curriculum,Inseparable from the teachers’ in-depth research,More inseparable from the active participation of students in the teaching,To fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students.
