| With the rapid development of The Times,many crafts have been gradually forgotten.Social status,income conditions,working environment and other practical factors have also influenced the career development of artisans and their career choice to a large extent.This study aims to understand the learning and growth story of traditional Chinese craftsman talents by walking into the spiritual world of the craftsman group,digging out and analyzing the career development characteristics of traditional craftsman talents,and finding out their difficulties and needs for further development,and aiming to provide reference for adult education support for this group.The research methods follow the qualitative paradigm,taking traditional artisans in different career stages as the object samples,mainly using semi-structured interview and non-participatory observation methods to carry out the research.It is found that the career development of artisan talents can be divided into three stages: "worker","craftsman" and "master",corresponding to newcomers,skilled artisans and art masters respectively.From the three dimensions of learning motivation,learning form and learning content,the learning of artisans at various stages presents the following characteristics: At the initial career stage of "work",the learning motivation of artisans can be divided into two types: "active involvement" and "passive involvement".They mainly adopt "receiving" learning modes such as "mentoring inheritance" and "school education".The learning content mainly includes the acquisition of vocational skills,the establishment of professional ethics and the understanding of vocational theories.In the intermediate career stage of "craftsman",the learning motivation of craftsman talents is mainly driven by "external challenges" such as life pressure.The main learning forms are "independent exploration","social training" and "peer learning".The learning content mainly includes the honing of professional skills,compensation of theoretical knowledge and accumulation of career elements.In the advanced career stage of "craftsman",the learning motivation of craftsman talents mainly turns to the "inner love" of the industry,and the choice of learning forms becomes more diversified and free.The learning content mainly includes the innovation of "technique",the integration of "theory" and the exploration of "Tao".Based on the above findings and from the perspective of career development,the study dynamically links the learning characteristics of each stage in time dimension,attempts to construct a career evolution model of learning characteristics of traditional artisans,and draws the following conclusions: internal driving factors such as love of the industry are the core driving forces to promote the development of career of artisans;The development of career gives craftsman more learning choices;The learning content of craftsmen is characterized by stages and complexity.Finally,the study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from two perspectives of realizing "full coverage" of learning groups and ensuring "multiple choices" of learning pathways. |
