| Learning community is an important learning method which is internationally recognized,it clearly reflects the social constructivism,the tacit nature,the distribution and the practice of knowledge view.And this method is widely used in the modern education system in all kinds of teaching activities.At the same time,it is also an important content of practice and research in the field of adult education.Compared to the children’s education,adult education has its innate characteristics such as it has a more definite purpose,its teaching method is more flexible and so on.Learning by learning community,with leaners which have similar learning purposes,can make the members of the community promote each other and make progress together.In addition to the common and specific purpose of learning,the community members often gain more unexpected insight and knowledge in the process of learning.At present,the studies of learning community are mainly about the learning community of teachers’ professional development and the learning community within the school system,less attention has been paid to the field of adult education.While related researches in adult education field are mostly focus on community education,researches taking adult learning group as their breakthrough point and directly investigating adult learning community have rarely appeared,and there is a lack of indepth investigation and analysis of foreign practice cases.Based on the literature research method,this study mainly adopts case study method and comparative research method.Through questionnaires,interviews,observation and other ways,it collects data,and compares two Dutch learning cases in M and L learning centers.Among them,the M Learning Center is the "comparative center" of adult learning community,and the L learning center is the "practice center" of adult learning community.Based on the investigation of two different Dutch learning styles,this study wants to found some basic features of adult learning community,and to better grasp this learning method,so that to develop adult learning in a more diverse and effective way.The full text is divided into five chapters,and the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the origin and significance,the objectives and contents,the definition and literature review,and the research conceptual design.This study originated from the interest on adult learning community,the guidance of the concept of "return and come in" as well as the opportunity of coming to study in the Netherlands.This research hopes to provide references for the study of adult learning community through the actual situation in the Netherlands,and summarize the characteristics of adult learning community,so as to put forward suggestions for adult learning in our country.This chapter then combs and defines the core concepts: adult learning,community,learning community and adult learning community.And the domestic and foreign literature reviews of the four aspects: theoretical exploration,practical exploration,research hot spot and adult learning community are carried out respectively.The research conceptual design is a detailed description of the research methods,research objects and research designs,so as to ensure that this research does not deviate from the established research directions.This chapter is the framing of the causes and the deductive context.The second chapter is the comparative analysis and characteristic exploration of learning subjects and learning aims.The discussion of learning subjects is divided into two levels,which are constitute and membership.Adult learning community’s constitute is seeking commonness among differences,membership is closely interactive.The discussion of learning aims is divided into two aspects: individual needs and shared visions.Adult learning community’s personal needs are clear and pragmatic,and shared visions are mutual symbiotic.The third chapter is the comparative analysis and characteristic exploration of the learning contents and the learning process.For the discussion of learning contents,the two aspects of the rules of distribution and the way of presentation are discussed.The learning content of the adult learning community has the characteristics of flexible configuration system and multidimensional presentation.The discussion of learning process is divided into three levels: forms of activities,application of knowledge and role of teachers.In the process of learning,adult learning community presents characteristics of diverse forms of activities,active practice on knowledge application,and important support of teachers’ role.The fourth chapter is the comparative analysis and the characteristic exploration of learning effect.It is discussed in two aspects: knowledge mastery and social integration.The adult learning community has the characteristics of active and efficient knowledge mastering,and comprehensive and harmonious social integration.This paper uses questionnaire survey,semi-structured interviews and observation to understand the practice of adult Dutch learning M,L appearance,and use the method of comparison to explore the specific features of the adult learning community learning style,the second chapter to the fourth chapter is the main content of this study.The fifth chapter is a summary and reflection.Based on the previous comparison of the different adult learning methods of the M and L learning centers in the Netherlands,from the five dimensions of learning subjects,learning objectives,learning contents,learning process and learning effects,rethinking analysis is carried out.According to the actual situation of adult learning in China,the characteristics of adult learning community are further presented in the sense of operation.Then this study rethinks and summarizes the shortcomings of the research method and the research process.This chapter is to look back and sort out,summarize and reflect on the overall research process.In summary,this study is expected to be conducted through an empirical study in the Netherlands,using real Dutch learning cases in M & L learning centers to do comparison,and trying to explore some of the main features of adult learning community,for a wider range of adult learning practice to provide guidance and help. |
