In 2021,the relocation project for poverty alleviation has entered the stage of improvement, and the integration and adaptation of immigrant groups after relocation has become the focus of current work.Young people are an important part of the migration group, who move from remote areas to cities with convenient transportation is an important component of the immigrant population. The significant changes in their living and learning environment lead to a lack of sense of security and belonging, which in turn leads to psychological adaptation problems.Psychological maladjustment can seriously affect the academic performance and interpersonal communication of adolescents, and closely related to self-injury,suicide and criminal behavior in adulthood. Therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to the psychological adaptation of adolescents who are relocated to alleviate poverty.Relevant studies have pointed out that environmental factors and individual factors respectively affect the development of individual psychological adaptation. In terms of environmental factors, interpersonal communication has been proved to be closely related to the psychological adaptation of junior high school students.Junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty are at an important stage of individual self-development,experiencing great changes in body and mind. When they faced with serious interpersonal problems,it is easy to develop negative psychological adaptation.the final outcome of individual adaptation depends on the influence of individual factors, among which coping styles play an important role in the coordination between individuals and situations.Coping styles can be divided into positive and negative types.Positive coping styles can relieve the negative impact of situational stress on individuals, while negative coping styles can aggravate the negative impact. The results of psychological maladjustment will have a lot of adverse effects on the future growth of adolescents relocated to alleviate poverty. However, researchers usually take adolescent psychological adjustment as a whole, and few studies systematically investigate the internal heterogeneity of adolescent psychological adjustment, and further explore the influencing factors of psychological adjustment categories. The above research can not only enrich the individual-centered research, but also deepen the understanding of the psychological mechanism of the psychological adaptation of adolescents who relocated to alleviate poverty, and also help to prevent and improve their psychological adaptation level. This study used loneliness scale, depression scale, problem behavior scale, school subjective well-being scale, interpersonal distress scale, coping style scale to investigate 845 students in a place in Guizhou Province.Spss25.0 and Mplus 8.7 were used for data analysis. This study includes three studies: Study 1,after understanding the status of psychological adaptation of adolescents relocated to alleviate poverty through descriptive analysis, explores the potential categories of psychological adaptation by potential profile analysis from an individual-centered perspective.Study 2: multiple logistic regression analysis was used to explore the effects of gender,stay-behind state, interpersonal distress and coping style on the potential types of psychological adaptation of the adolescents relocated to alleviate poverty.Study 3: Through group counseling, explore the improvement effect of interpersonal relationship group intervention on psychological adaptation of the adolescents relocated to alleviate poverty. The main results of the research are as follows:(1)The mean scores of loneliness, problem behavior and depression of junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty are at the lower than medium level, and the mean scores of school subjective well-being are at the medium level. There is no significant difference in psychological adaptation between students relocated to alleviate poverty and students lived in city areas.(2)The psychological adaptation of junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty has obvious classification characteristics, which can be divided into internalization problem group, externalized problem group, risk group,well-adjusted group.(3)Gender can significantly predict the psychological adaptation category of junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty.Girls are more likely to be classified into internalized problem group and risk group, while boys are more likely to be classified into externalized problem group and well-adjusted group.Stay-behind type cannot significantly predict the psychological adaptation category of junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty.(4)Interpersonal distress can significantly predict the psychological adaptation type of junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty. For the higher the interpersonal distress level, junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty are more likely be classified into the externalized problem group, the internalized problem group, and the risk group rather than the well-adjusted group.Coping style can significantly predict the psychological adaptation type of junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty. With each additional unit of positive coping style, junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty are more likely to be classified into the well-adjusted group rather than the externalized problem group, risk group and internalized problem group. When the negative coping style increased by one unit, the junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty were more likely to be classified into the externalized problem group, the risk group and the internalized problem group.(5)Through interpersonal group counseling intervention, the level of interpersonal distress and psychological adjustment measured after between the intervention group and the control group were significantly different. Conclusion: the psychological adaptation of junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty has obvious classification characteristics, and interpersonal distress and coping style are closely related to the category of psychological adaptation of junior high school students relocated to alleviate poverty. Therefore,it is suggested that in practical educational activities, targeted intervention measures should be formulated according to the characteristics and adaptation status of different types of students. At the same time,we should start with risk factors and protective factors to prevent it from developing into adverse psychological adaptation.
