| Teaching design not only shows the ability of teachers’ professional development,but also one of the criteria to measure the effectiveness of a class,and a solid foundation for students’ all-round development.Therefore,it is very necessary for high school mathematics teachers to improve their teaching design ability.New and old teachers of high school mathematics should constantly explore the best display form of teaching design to achieve good teaching results and meet the requirements of education curriculum reform.With 50 high school mathematics teachers as the research object,questionnaires and interview questions are compiled through questionnaires and interview research methods.It is intended to solve the following three problems:(1)What is the overall situation of the teaching design ability of high school mathematics teachers?(2)What are the differences between new and old high school mathematics teachers in teaching design?(3)What are the problems of new and old teachers in high school mathematics in terms of teaching design ability,and what are the reasons for these problems?The research results show that(1)The teaching design ability of high school mathematics teachers is at a medium level.(2)There are significant differences in the six aspects of teaching design of new and old teachers in high school mathematics;old teachers in high school mathematics are better than new teachers in teaching content analysis,teaching goal analysis,teaching difficulty analysis,teaching process design and homework layout,while in teaching board design,new teachers are slightly better than old teachers.(3)The problems in the teaching design of high school mathematics teachers are mainly the lack of innovation in classroom design,do not pay attention to the content arrangement of other versions of the textbook,the lack of mature ability to connect the content between different teaching modules of high school mathematics and professional burnout,less or no multimedia teaching.Based on the survey results,in order to optimize and improve the teaching design ability of high school mathematics teachers,the following points are put forward for the new and old teachers of high school mathematics.(1)New high school mathematics teachers should first correctly understand teaching design,cultivate the awareness of teaching design,and strengthen the learning of teaching design knowledge;they should also actively participate in school-based training,seek professional guidance,and integrate some experience exchanges into their own teaching design;(2)New high school mathematics teachers should reflect and summarize.Problems arising in the process of teaching practice,communicate more with experienced teachers and learn experience.(3)Old mathematics teachers in high school should balance the relationship between life and work,try to overcome professional burnout,update teaching design concepts,innovate teaching design,and maintain a good teacher-student relationship with students. |
