This paper aims to explore the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic emotional level on academic performance,so that educators can more effectively guide secondary vocational tourism students to cultivate good academic self-efficacy and positive academic emotions,so as to promote secondary vocational tourism students to learn more knowledge and skills and achieve academic development goals.In this study,students majoring in secondary vocational tourism from G School in Guiyang City were surveyed and interviewed to obtain corresponding data and materials.The independent sample t-test,correlation,regression analysis and mediation analysis were comprehensively used to explore in detail the effects of academic self-efficacy and academic emotions on academic performance of middle-class tourism students,and finally found that:(1)The self-efficacy of tourism major students in secondary vocational school is at a medium level with low prevalence.Among the two dimensions of learning behavior and learning ability included in academic self-efficacy,the former has a slightly higher self-efficacy than the latter.Among them,from the perspective of the differences in demographic variables of the academic self-efficacy of tourism students in secondary vocational schools,there are significant differences in gender,place of origin and whether they are class cadres.The overall academic emotion of tourism major students in secondary vocational schools is at the medium level,and there are significant differences in gender and whether they are class cadres.The academic performance of tourism major students in secondary vocational schools is at the average level,and whether they are class cadres has a significant impact on their academic performance difference.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement of secondary vocational tourism students;Positive academic emotion can significantly improve students’ academic performance,while negative academic emotion often reduces students’ academic performance.(3)Students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools have a good sense of academic self-efficacy and academic emotions,which can significantly affect students’ academic performance.(4)Academic emotion plays an important mediating role in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement,which can significantly improve students’ academic achievement expectations and thus improve academic achievement.According to the above survey results,in order to promote the teaching of tourism major in secondary vocational schools,the academic performance of tourism major students in secondary vocational schools is gradually improved.This paper believes that efforts should be made in the following six aspects:(1)Create a good learning atmosphere and set a positive example(2)Strengthen secondary vocational students’ sense of identity of tourism major and guide them to form correct cognition(3)Reform the way academic performance is assessed and reverse students’ attitude towards learning(4)Guide secondary vocational tourism students to establish learning goals and form positive academic emotions(5)Stimulate the learning interest of secondary vocational tourism students and cultivate positive academic mood(6)Strengthen secondary vocational tourism students’ negative academic emotions... |
