| As the world’s largest ball,football has attracted much attention in China in recent years.Under the background of the education of five education,the physical and mental health problems of children and adolescents have also attracted the attention of the country.At present,there are more and more studies on football promoting children’s physical and mental development,but there is a lack of research on children’s social adaptability.In the establishment of national characteristic football kindergartens,it is possible to use football to promote and promote the development of children’s physical quality.To this end,strengthen the high-quality development of campus football,and strive to promote children’s football special activities,laying the foundation for the reform and development of campus football.Objective: To explore the influence of gamification activities of football on improving children’s physical quality and social adaptability level,and to provide theoretical basis and reference for developing football in kindergartens.Methods: In this study,40 children aged 5-6 years from the affiliated kindergarten of Nanjing University of Physical Education were taken as the experimental objects,which were divided into experimental group and control group,with half and half in each group.The control group was included in the regular outdoor PE classes.The experimental group used the football game teaching course designed in this experiment,which was taught twice a week for 12 weeks.The teaching content of the experimental group designed football game teaching according to the requirements of the Learning and Development Guide for Children aged 3-6 years.Before the experiment,the physical quality and social adaptability of all the children were tested and SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze that there was no significant difference between the physical development of the experimental group and the control group.The results are as follows: In terms of physical quality,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.P> 0.05 in the five test indexes of speed quality,sensitivity quality,strength quality,coordination quality and balance quality in the control group.However,the P <0.05 in the control group before and after the experiment;the flexibility quality of the children in the experimental group was not significantly improved.In the other five tests,P <0.05 or even less than 0.01,which indicates that the speed quality,sensitivity quality,strength quality and coordination quality were all improved,and the improvement has significant differences or even very significant differences.Conclusion;1.The social adaptability dimension of all children is at a medium level before the experiment.2.The teaching content of football games designed from the theoretical perspective and the general conventional physical education class can significantly improve children’s physical quality and social adaptability.3.In terms of speed,quality and sensitive quality,the experimental group game courses are better than the regular physical education courses.The 4.12-week football game course has a significant effect on improving the quality indicators of the explosive force and lower limb jumping power of the senior class children. |
