| At present,the popularity of campus football is only increasing,and many schools have carried out campus football teaching.In this context,with the integration of the novel teaching model of football game teaching,the number of primary and middle school students participating in football is increasing.Compared with traditional football technology teaching,football game is more suitable for students with weak foundation and general physical quality,and can attract students’ interest in sports,so that students can get more involved in football,which has a positive impact on promoting students’ physical and mental health and enhancing their physical quality.However,according to the survey,the physique of today’s teenagers is gradually declining,and the indicators of physical quality are constantly decreasing,resulting in very serious adolescent physical health problems.On the other hand,most schools basically adopt the traditional football classroom teaching when teaching football.Most of the time is spent on boring and low-exercise technical teaching,which leads to the football classroom teaching increasingly unable to meet the sports needs of students.Therefore,in order to better enable students to participate in sports and develop their physical quality,It is imperative to change the way football is taught.This paper aims to explore the influence of football game teaching on pupils’ agility and quality,through a 12-week football game experiment,to the Jingshi Liyun experimental School Shunde District of Foshan City,Grade 3 class 1 and class 2students as the research object,it as an experimental class,control class,using literature data method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and questionnaire method,etc.The effect of football game on the agility and quality of Level Two students is analyzed.Through comparative analysis of the data before and after the test,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The teaching method of football game can improve the students’ ability to change direction,change movement and body coordination rapidly.After the intervention of the teaching experiment,the two indicators of sensitivity and quality of the students in the experimental class and the control class have been significantly improved,reaching a very significant difference,but the improvement effect of the football game teaching mode is more obvious.(2)The teaching method of football games has improved the response speed,the ability to maintain body balance and the ability to predict the spatial position of Level2 students.It can be seen from the experiment that the performance of the students in the experimental class and the control class in the three indicators of sensitivity and diathesis has been greatly improved,but the performance of the experimental class has been improved more significantly.(3)Level 2 is the critical period and sensitive period for the development of students’ agility and quality,during which relevant physical exercise will be helpful to students’ agility and quality.Therefore,even in the traditional teaching of the control class,the five test indicators of students have been improved to a certain extent,but in terms of other physical quality indicators,It does not reflect the particularity of football game teaching,so through comparison,it can be concluded that the game teaching method is more conducive to the improvement of agility and quality with the participation of football game. |
