Study On The Operation Process Of The "Five Social Links" Mechanism In The Field Of Community Elderly Services

With the development of society,the elderly population in China has increased dramatically in recent years,and the elderly care problem has been highlighted.The traditional elderly care methods,mainly family elderly care and institutional elderly care,can hardly meet the real demand,while the community elderly care service makes up for the shortage of traditional elderly care methods to a certain extent and becomes an effective tool to alleviate the current elderly care problem with its unique advantages.Secondly,in the context of innovative social governance,the "five community linkage" can better meet the needs of developing community-based senior care services in China due to its unique operation mode.Therefore,it is important to study the operation of the "five communities linkage" mechanism in community elderly care services,both from the theoretical and practical aspects.Based on the social system theory,this study analyzes the basic situation of the community and the operation of the "five community linkage" mechanism in the community elderly service by reviewing the literature and conducting in-depth interviews with 11 people who play different roles in the community,including the basic situation of the community,the provision of community services,the needs of the elderly in the community,the supply of community resources,and the operation of the "five community linkage" mechanism in the community elderly service.On the basis of this,the social workers designed and implemented the "five social linkage" mechanism.On this basis,the social workers designed and implemented a plan to further promote the operation of the "Five Communities Linkage" mechanism in the community elderly service,and conducted an in-depth analysis of the practice process.The study found that the operation of the "five community linkage" mechanism in the community elderly service is fragmented and the services provided by the "five community linkage" are only formal.The reason for this is the imperfect linkage mechanism on the one hand and the immaturity of the "five communities" on the other.Through the above analysis and research,this paper proposes some strategies and suggestions to optimize the operation of the "five communities linkage" mechanism in community elderly care services,including improving the linkage mechanism,optimizing the way of cooperation among the "five communities",and providing the professional level of the community,social workers,social organizations and other subjects.We hope that by improving the "five communities" cooperation mechanism,optimizing the cooperation method of "five communities",and providing the professional level of community,social workers and social organizations.It is hoped that by improving the efficiency of the "five communities" mechanism,the level of community elderly services can be improved and the welfare of the elderly in the community can be enhanced.
