| HPM refers to the relationship between history of mathematics and mathematical education The history of mathematics has always been a hot topic in mathematical education research.Since the new curriculum reform,the educational value of history of mathematics has been more and more excavated.Relevant theoretical research and practical exploration have also confirmed the effectiveness of history of mathematics infiltration into the teaching classroom,and the feasibility of history of mathematics integration into mathematics classroom.The history of mathematics plays an important methodological role in stimulating students’ interest in learning,promoting students’ understanding of knowledge,and cultivating students’ key abilities.At the same time,plane geometry has a long history of development,and students also have historical similarities in understanding relevant geometric concepts.Taking the whole unit teaching of "axisymmetric and isosceles triangle" as an example,this paper attempts to promote students’ interest in learning plane geometry,reveal the occurrence and development of concepts and theorems,promote students’ in-depth understanding of mathematical knowledge,and infiltrate mathematical thinking methods to promote the development of students’ logical reasoning ability by integrating history of mathematics into teaching.The main content of the study are:(1)The history of mathematics is integrated into the current state and existence of classroom teaching.(2)Whether the integration of the history of mathematics into mathematics teaching can demonstrate its educational value.(3)Taking the chapter teaching of "axisymmetric and isosceles triangle" as an example,studies the effectiveness of integrating history of mathematics into the classroom in improving students’ cognitive level of mathematical knowledge and emotional attitude.The main research methods of this paper are literature research,investigation and experimental research.Its technical route is literature research--investigation and analysis--experimental verification--research conclusions.First,we collate and summarize the current research situation of HPM at home and abroad,relevant literature on the teaching design of the "axisymmetric and isosceles triangle" chapter,and sort out research problems.Then,we conduct sampling surveys to understand students’ and teachers’ views on the integration of history of mathematics into classroom teaching.Secondly,Following the relevant principles of HPM,three teaching cases were designed for the "axisymmetric and isosceles triangle" unit.Thirdly,micro teaching experiments were carried out.Two classes in grade eight were selected,and the experimental class and the control class were set up.The two classes used different teaching designs for teaching.Finally,conclusions were drawn through the analysis of relevant data.The findings are as follows:(1)The integration of history of mathematics into the classroom can improve students’ cognitive level of mathematical knowledge.(2)The integration of history of mathematics into the classroom has a positive impact on students’ learning.(3)The integration of history of mathematics into the classroom reveals its educational value function. |
