Research On The Development Strategy Of Youth Sports Clubs Under The Background Of "Double Reduction"

With the implementation of the " integration of sports and education " and "double reduction " policies,how to implement students ’ burden reduction and efficiency improvement,physical and mental health has become the focus of school and society.As an important carrier and main position for the development of youth sports,the youth sports club,as an extension and supplement of school sports,plays an important role in promoting the integration of sports and education into the empowerment of " double reduction." Under the background of " double reduction," this paper explores the development strategy of youth sports clubs in primary and secondary schools,meets the needs of introducing social resources into school physical education,broadens the implementation ways of school physical education curriculum,optimizes the service supply mode of after-school physical education in primary and secondary schools,and provides reference for youth sports clubs to cooperate with school physical education development.Through literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,case analysis and other methods,this study combs the internal logic of the development of youth sports clubs,selects 8 primary and secondary schools and 10 youth sports clubs in Nanjing to understand the development status,analyzes and excavates the deepseated reasons that hinder the development of clubs through influencing factors.Through the analysis and summary of two typical cases of Yuxing and Xindong youth sports clubs,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures and implementation measures for the development of youth sports clubs in primary and secondary schools in Nanjing.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the division of time characteristics,since its establishment,China ’s youth sports clubs have experienced three stages : germination,adjustment and reform and innovation.According to the distinction of spatial relations,foreign countries are more mature than domestic ones.Both inside and outside schools have advantages and disadvantages,and the effect of school clubs is remarkable.According to the logical analysis of supply and demand,the supply of clubs under the background of the " double reduction " policy can better meet the actual needs of students and schools.(2)At present,the development momentum of youth sports clubs is good,but the number of projects is still insufficient,the regional spatial distribution is unbalanced and uncoordinated,and the coordination of management departments is not smooth.The school curriculum development projects are uneven,the curriculum content lacks uniform standards,and the student participation time is obviously insufficient.The teaching staff of the club is weak,the full-time composition is complex,the income and expenditure of funds is unbalanced,and there is a lack of management and supervision mechanism,which needs to be strengthened.The club ’s participation in cooperation is single and the content of cooperation is diversified.The cognitive attitude of each subject needs to be further improved.Since the release of the " double reduction " policy,the school ’s own supply capacity is insufficient,and the club has obvious advantages in supplying school sports services.However,it has been affected by poor linkage channels and single cooperation methods,and the coordinated development of the two sides needs to be further improved.(3)Explore the influencing factors,through theoretical and field demonstration and three rounds of expert consultation,initially developed into three aspects(school,club,external environment),a total of 18 influencing factors.Relevant workers are invited to assign and select the indicators.According to the average value of the indicators,they are finally divided into three important dimensions,and nine very important factors,four more important factors and five general important factors are obtained.Under the background of " double reduction",government policy guidance,school demand guarantee and club supply capacity affect the development of youth sports clubs in primary and secondary schools.(4)Through the analysis and summary of two typical cases of Yuxing and Xindong youth sports clubs,the coordinated development effect of youth sports clubs and schools in advantageous sports items and after-school sports services is more significant after the implementation of the " double reduction " policy.(5)In view of the problems existing in the development of youth sports clubs under the background of " double reduction," put forward optimization countermeasures: strengthen government guidance,improve supervision and management mechanism;strengthen school management and improve the level of demand security;strengthen the club foundation and improve the supply service ability;broaden cooperation channels and improve the coordinated development pattern.Implementation measures: cultivate campus advantage sports;provide school after-school sports services.
