In recent years,the study pressure of primary and secondary school students is heavy,how to reduce the burden of students,is the focus of the current society.In this context,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council jointly issued the strictest order on reducing the burden in Chinese history in July 2021--Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and After-school Training for Students in Compulsory Education Stage.The document proposes to improve the quality of after-school services and scientifically carry out multiple after-school education services.And then adapt to the needs of differentiated development of primary and middle school students.And through appropriate sports to further improve the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students.After-school sports service is an important part of after-school service,which is of great significance to enhance students’ physical health and reduce students’ learning pressure.In order to earnestly implement the "double reduction" task,primary and secondary schools in Xuanwu District of Nanjing actively carry out after-school sports services and make specific plans.However,due to the short implementation time of the "double reduction" policy,although relevant government departments have issued a lot of powerful policy guarantees,a relatively systematic and complete after-school sports service system has not yet been formed,and there are still some problems to be solved in the process of development.Therefore,it is very necessary for this study to investigate the status quo of after-school sports services in primary and secondary schools of Nanjing Xuanwu District under the background of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy and put forward management strategies for the existing problemsFrom the perspective of students,teachers and parents,this study discusses the current situation,existing problems and shortcomings of after-school sports service organization and implementation in primary and secondary schools in Xuanwu District,Nanjing.The research methods include literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,so as to grasp the real situation of the after-school sports services of primary and secondary schools in Nanjing Xuanwu District under the background of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,so as to promote the quality and effect of the after-school sports services of primary and secondary schools in Nanjing Xuanwu District.Through the investigation,it is found that there are the following problems in the development of after-school sports services in primary and secondary schools of Nanjing Xuanwu District:(1)The lack of linkage between various government departments and the lack of clear working mechanism;(2)Lack of teachers,limiting the supply of after-school sports services;(3)The form of teaching organization is monotonous,which is difficult to meet the diverse needs of students;(4)The evaluation feedback mechanism is not perfect and the implementation is insufficient;⑸ The site facilities are not fully equipped,the lack of service support.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,all the primary and middle schools surveyed have carried out after-school sports services.Most of the main personnel and school leaders who participate in the services support after-school sports services,students’ willingness and enthusiasm to participate are improved,and parents’ satisfaction is high;(2)Relevant government departments lack consistent regulations on the content,teaching standards and organizational forms of after-school sports services,and the communication,cooperation and division of powers and responsibilities between multiple departments need to be further clarified;(3)In the development process of after-school sports services in Xuanwu District of Nanjing,there are shortage of teachers,differences in personnel composition,lack of or crowded teaching venues,some students still face the problem of insufficient teaching equipment;(4)The organization form of after-school sports service teaching in Xuanwu District of Nanjing is mainly carried out by the community.The single teaching form may restrict the diversity and independent choice of after-school sports service to a certain extent,and then affect the enthusiasm of students to participate.⑸ There is no sound after-school sports service evaluation feedback system and feedback channel for opinion information in some primary and middle schools in the region.The evaluation of implementation effect and teaching quality may not be able to fully reflect the real effect of service implementation.In view of the above problems and shortcomings,put forward the following treatment strategies:(1)take multiple measures at the same time,improve the collaborative promotion of the working mechanism,the formation of work force;(2)Coordinate and integrate resources,strengthen the supply structure and promote the participation of professional forces;(3)Expand activity courses and enrich after-class service organization;(4)Improve the evaluation and feedback system,and strengthen the link between home,school and community;⑸ Make reasonable use of off-campus resources,expand the supply of facilities,strengthen the security. |
