With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,delayed after-school physical education services have further developed,and physical education has become a common focus of attention for schools,society,and families.As early as 2013,the Nanjing Sports Bureau and the Education Bureau jointly promoted the work of sports after-school services and established the "Coach on Campus" project.In 2019,it was also designated as a pilot city for sports after-school services in the province,forming nearly a hundred sports after-school service teams.In recent years,although Nanjing has taken a series of effective intervention measures,there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently in the implementation process of high-quality development.This article aims to study the current situation of delayed after-school services in junior high schools in Nanjing and propose feasible implementation strategies for the application of intelligent sports equipment.Using various methods such as literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,on-site investigation,and mathematical statistics,the survey and research were conducted from multiple perspectives such as students,parents,and teachers.Research has found that the number of students participating in after-school sports activities has been increasing year by year,but problems such as insufficient in-depth participation,lack of teaching resources,inadequate management and evaluation systems,insufficient student interest,imbalanced resource allocation,and single support subjects have hindered the high-quality development of after-school sports services.Therefore,this article proposes a series of feasible promotion strategies.Firstly,introduce social intelligent sports supply resources,establish an intelligent sports equipment application platform,expand the supply resources of after-school delayed sports services,improve the application level of sports equipment,and enhance the attractiveness and sustainability of after-school delayed sports services.Secondly,create campus intelligent sports equipment application scenarios,integrate intelligent sports equipment into students’ campus life,enhance students’ interest in sports,and increase participation.Thirdly,explore the cultural connotations of the use of intelligent sports equipment on campus,using intelligent sports equipment as a carrier for accessing and inheriting sports culture,and providing students with opportunities to fully develop their own sports interests and abilities.Fourthly,improve the management mechanism of intelligent sports equipment,establish supporting management institutions and processes for personnel,equipment,resources,etc.,and improve the efficiency and fairness of the use of sports equipment.Fifth,implement precise policies and improve the evaluation system for after-school delayed services,making the evaluation system more objective,scientific,and comprehensive.The research results and implementation strategies of this article are not only of great significance for the implementation of after-school delayed services in Nanjing,but also will provide a positive driving force for the healthy development of youth sports in China as a whole.At the same time,these strategies can also provide useful references and insights for relevant scholars and education departments to conduct future research and practice.
