Research On The Development And Optimization Of Lianyungang Teenager Basketball Training Club Under The Background Of COVID-19

Since the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 has rapidly and comprehensively broken out across the country,which has had a significant impact on all walks of life.Basketball,as a national sport,has attracted much attention for many years.Due to the impact of the COVID-19,people’s participation in basketball has declined sharply.Under such circumstances,youth basketball training clubs inevitably face many difficulties,and the development of various activities has been seriously disrupted.Lianyungang City,as one of the earliest cities in Jiangsu Province to carry out basketball sports,is the venue of the 21 st Provincial Games,with a strong basketball atmosphere and a solid mass foundation.Based on this,this paper will combine the professional knowledge learned,based on the macro background of the COVID-19,take the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics and PEST analysis,take the development dilemma and optimization of Lianyungang Youth Basketball Training Club as the research object,and take the operators,coaches,students The parents of the students were investigated and analyzed the current situation of 15 youth basketball training clubs in Lianyungang City,exploring the development difficulties of the youth basketball training clubs in Lianyungang City,and proposing corresponding optimization measures.Research has found that there are some problems with the youth basketball training clubs in Lianyungang City.The main difficulties are: the regulatory body of the youth basketball training clubs is unclear,and the boundaries of relevant rights and responsibilities are vague;The management pressure is high,and the difficulty of club development increases;The coaching staff is unstable,and the overall level needs to be improved;Lack of internal management leads to insufficient risk resistance;The training motivation is not strong,and many basketball matches have been cancelled due to the epidemic;Parents are more cautious in their choices,and the trend of survival of the fittest is more significant.In response to the above issues,this article proposes the following optimization measures: Clarifying the regulatory body and establishing a collaborative regulatory mechanism;Build a complete business system and maintain cash flow reserve;Continuously improving coaches’ comprehensive abilities and unleashing their educational functions;Continuously strengthening internal management and doing a good job in safety protection;Increase publicity efforts and encourage students to actively participate;Improving the service quality of clubs and seek new sustainable development models.
