Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Youth Basketball Clubs In Jining City

In China,basketball has become one of the most popular sports of teenagers,but because of the inherent limitations of school sports,which makes the school sports difficult to meet the needs of teenagers’ basketball participation.Besides,with the development of today’s national fitness campaign and the introduction of other policies like "Campus Football "," Campus Basketball " etc.,which makes the community of youth sports hot to carry out.Therefore,the Youth Basketball Club has emerged,which is to cultivate basketball interest as the main purpose and provide basketball teaching and training services as the main form.Because of the large population of Jining,it has a unique mass base to carry out the basketball,also because of the well-known domestic famous institutions,college basketball development and the connection of the local basketball,and the long history of basketball.Thanks to this,the development of youth basketball and Youth Basketball Club in Jining is developing rapidly.But with the gradual increase number of clubs and the gradual expansion of the scale,it has gradually exposed some problems and shortcomings.Therefore,it is urgent that to strengthen the research about Jining’s Youth Basketball Club and found the problems and shortcomings in its development,and then put forward the development of relevant countermeasures,which is the main purposes and intentions of this research.This paper makes an in-depth investigation and research on the development of the Youth Basketball Club in Jining by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and interview method,which includes the basic situation of the club,the training situation,and the competition reality,the management of the operating conditions,the main problems and related development strategies.Basing on this research,the initial conclusions are following:1.The Youth Basketball Club of Jining totally starts individually,without the participating of other business or business units;the size of the club conditions,the number of students and the gender distribution varies widely.2.The Youth Basketball Club of Jining is mainly distributed in the relatively busy city,but not the rural areas that make the lack opportunities of rural children to participate in basketball club to learn,train and compete.3.The impact of the development of the Youth Basketball Club of Jining are following: club management is not standardized;club coaches are in a low degree of full-time,poor conditions of the venue equipment;club theoretical knowledge teaching and psychological training is deficiency;few competitions,lack of social influence;lack of means of operation of the club,the management system and the institution of the club is not perfect.4.The relevant measures are following: The Sports Bureau of Jining should optimize the management of the club;Improving the degree of full-time coaches in order to improve the conditions of the venue equipment;Strengthening the basketball theory of knowledge teaching,Filling the psychological quality training blank;Strengthening the game exchange and improving social influence;Enriching means of operation and improving the management systems and institutions.
