Under the background of vigorously developing of vocational education in China,integration of general and vocational education has become an important measure of the current vocational education reform.During the process of implementation of the integration of general and vocational education,the policy environment,the linkage efficiency of the pilot schools,the teacher’s educational concept and the students’ self-management ability will all affect the implementation effect of the integration of general and vocational education to a certain extent,which is related to the construction of diversified talent training models at the high school level.Therefore,the research on the implementation and countermeasures of integration of general and vocational education of C secondary vocational school has far-reaching practical significance.By combing the literature to define the concepts of secondary vocational education and integration of general and vocational education,starting from the four dimensions of policy,school,teacher,and student,by the use of the deep interviews,questionnaire surveys and other methods to analyze the implementation of integration of general and vocational education in C secondary vocational school.The survey found that the current status of integration of general and vocational education in C secondary vocational school is manifested in the following four aspects: First,inter-school cooperation is rule-based,and the integration policy is ideal;Second,the two schools’ integration is at a superficial level and the integration form is simple;Third,The teachers’ teaching idea is outdated,and their identity of a general education teacher or vocational education teacher is absolute;Fourth,the students’ basis is weak,and the result of integration is backward.The reasons are manifested in four levels: First,at the policy level,general education and vocational education are not equivalent,which affects the two-way integration of general and vocational education;Policy stays at superficial level,which affects the progress and effectiveness of general and vocational education.Second,at the school level,the construction of the curriculum system is lagging behind,which affects the process of teaching cooperation;The low sharing rate of teaching resources affects the interaction between teachers and students;The lack of excellent teachers affects the overall plan of teaching arrangements and qualities.Third,at the teacher level,the awareness of policy is weak,the value selection of education is single;The professional ability is insufficient,and the career development plan is to be made.Fourth,at the student level,the learning drive is low and the learning efficiency is not high;The sense of autonomy is weak,and the learning goals are vague.All of these will affect the effective implementation of integration of general and vocational education in C secondary vocational school.According to the current situation and the analysis of the reasons for the problems of integration of general and vocational education,finally,the countermeasures to put forward integration of general and vocational education in C secondary vocational school are also reflected in four aspects: First,at the policy level,innovating ideas to improve social recognition of vocational education;Make overall plan to carry out specific and feasible policies of integration of general and vocational education.Second,at the school level,promoting the construction of the curriculum system to achieve the integration of courses;Share the teaching resources of the two schools to achieve the integration of resources;Establish the teacher training mechanism to achieve the integration of teachers.Third,at the teacher level,learning relevant policies to strengthen teachers’ moral education ability.Improve professional ability to know their own growing path.Fourth,at the student level,strengthen learning drive to improve learning efficiency;Implement self-management to achieve suitable development.
