| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward: "Coordinate the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education,promote integration between vocational education and general education,and optimize the positioning of vocational education types",which fully shows that the national level regards integration between vocational education and general education as an important direction for the development of education in the new era.Integration between vocational education and general education at the high school stage has been practiced in China for a long time,but at present,a perfect integration between vocational education and general education system has not been established at the national level,and in the absence of institutional guidance,there have been problems such as the "generalization" of comprehensive high schools and the one-way flow of vocational "transfer".In this regard,this study focuses on multiple cases of integration between vocational education and general education in high school,and analyzes the existing institutional problems,in order to propose institutional optimization strategies.The main conclusions of this study: 1.The coverage of integration between vocational education and general education in China’s high school stage is not large,the depth is not deep,and there are three forms: l.the form of penetration between vocational education and general education,the form of transformation between vocational education and general education,and the form of comprehensive high school.2.The form of penetration between vocational education and general education,based on "class selection" and "cross-school teaching" to promote integration between vocational education and general education.The effectiveness of the system includes the resource cooperation system,the teacher management system and the credit certification system;Institutional issues focus on curriculum policies,resource cooperation systems,etc.,and put forward two suggestions for institutional issues: one is to improve the resource cooperation system,and the other is to optimize the curriculum program.3.The form of transformation between vocational education and general education,based on student status transfer,credit recognition,course selection,teacher exchange,etc.,to help students can "second" transition.The achievements of the system include:establishing a resource cooperation system,optimizing the student status management system,and improving the credit certification system.Based on institutional issues,three suggestions are put forward: first,to build a qualification framework,second,to optimize the curriculum program,and third,to establish a transitional bridging system.4.The form of comprehensive high school,building a variety of systems in various aspects such as recruitment methods and curriculum.The achievements of the system include: building a relatively complete enrollment system and designing a diversified college admission system.Based on the existing system problems,three suggestions are put forward: first,to formulate a special course plan,second,to improve the credit certification system,and third,to improve the teacher management system.5.The key systems of the three types of integration between vocational education and general education at the high school level include qualification framework,high school curriculum plan,resource cooperation system,teacher management system,etc.,analyze the common system problems,including the imperfect design of the vocational and general transfer system,the high school curriculum plan still needs to be optimized,the resource cooperation system between vocational and general education is still not perfect,and the relevant teacher management system needs to be improved.6.The system construction in Germany and France mainly revolves around the curriculum,including optimizing the curriculum plan of high school;The system construction in Singapore and the United Kingdom is based on the subject placement plan and qualification framework as the core,and supporting credit certification systems;The United States and Japan have improved their systems around courses,teachers,credits,and other fields.7.The system optimization strategy of integration between vocational education and general education at the high school level in China includes building a national qualification framework,optimizing the high school curriculum program,improving the resource cooperation system,and teacher management system.The innovative points of this study are as follows.Firstly,the innovation of the research object,this study distinguishes different forms of integration between vocational education and general education at the high school level in China,and conducts case studies for three types of forms.This study combinesc case study method,comparative method,text analysis method,etc.,to deeply study the cases of integration between vocational education and general education at the high school level in China and overseas experience.Thirdly,the innovation in research perspective,this study is based on the current situation of different cases,conducts institutional review,and proposes optimization strategies at the institutional level.Fourthly,the innovation of the analytical framework.This study selects the relationship model of vocational education and general education,such as resource dependence theory,and new institutionalism theory,and constructs an analysis framework for integration between vocational education and general education in high school,which can provide theoretical support for the analysis of the current situation,institutional problems,and institutional optimization strategies. |
