With the rise of knowledgy economy, the development of information technology, the globalization of economy, the adjustment of industrial structure and the renovation of manufacture technologies, all of these require higher standards of men's all-round qualities and the abilities of sustainable development, and the reforms of vocational education curricula and teaching contents is a very important aspect. The seperations of academic curricula and vocational curricula, school-based curricula and work-based curricula, the curricula of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education, has been becoming the common issues of contemporary vocational education reforms and development all over the world.
