As an important part of the education received in one’s life,family education is far more important than school education and social education.Especially under the dual pressure of the COVID-19 and the "double reduction" policy,parents’ demand for family education is more prominent.Therefore,training institutions,educators and even some colleges and universities have begun to enter this industry.However,at present,the family education industry is still in its infancy and has not yet formed an industry standard.Therefore,various types of training institutions or individuals currently have problems such as lack of professional talents,unprofessional curriculum content,and disordered industry management.Therefore,it is urgent to develop appropriate competitive strategies.Based on the actual situation of YB Group,this paper comprehensively studied and referred to the existing concepts and thoughts of home education industry at home and abroad,and carried out specific research work based on the very mature theories and practical cases of competitive strategy at home and abroad.In the process of carrying out the research,the PEST tool will first be used to comprehensively sort out and analyze the external environment that affects the development of YB Group,especially in the current situation of frequent changes in epidemic and policy factors,YB Group must first comply with the general trend of the country and society;Secondly,we should have a deep understanding of the development of the industry,that is,use the Porter’s Five Forces Model to specifically analyze the environment and challenges that affect the competition of YB Group in the industry,and then analyze the main competitors of YB Group through the CPM matrix;Next,determine the internal competitiveness of YB Group through IFE matrix.Finally,analyze the internal strengths,weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of YB Group through SWOT matrix.After forming alternative strategies,scientifically evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the three competitive strategies of cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and centralization strategy through QSPM matrix.Finally,comprehensively consider the internal and external factors of YB Group,The selection of differentiation strategy is more suitable for the current situation of YB Group.The differentiation strategy adopted for YB Group mainly includes product differentiation,market channel differentiation,service differentiation and brand image differentiation,and then guarantees the competitive strategy of YB Group from three aspects: organization and human resources,culture and system,finance and resources.This paper studies the competitive strategy of YB Group,which can not only enhance the core competitiveness of YB Group,but also provide some reference value and reference for the family education industry.
