With the rapid development of information technology,the advent of the "Internet +" era has driven rapid changes in the development of the market economy."Internet +" is not only the informationization of offline content,but also the way IT technology and traditional business systems are integrated.Internet,big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence influence people's thinking habits and lifestyles.As the basic industry of China's key development,with the development of society,the use of big data technology and artificial intelligence technology has produced a new form of education of “Internet + education”.The integration of Internet and education has made the teaching module and interactive system model Innovative and effective development of new forms of education for teaching activities,refactoring the learning process and experience,Internet education companies provide a wide range of educational platforms to achieve educational equity in the field of segmentation.Similarly,the continuous strengthening of national government support has attracted many offline education institutions to enter the field of Internet education.Suntech was successfully registered on the New York Stock Exchange on March 23,2018.It is the first adult education network education institution in the United States to be listed on the US stock code "STG".Founded in 2003,the Internet adult education business covers many cities across the country.After listing in 2018,it opened an international business unit to develop an international MBA business,and is committed to serving students from all over the world.As a new format,studying the Internet education industry has important and practical significance.This paper takes Suntech as the research object,firstly consults relevant documents at home and abroad,investigates the research background and market status of Internet education,and summarizes the theoretical basis and literature review of the paper by reading the literature report.Secondly,the author refers to the Suntech organization.The current situation of market competition in Internet education summarizes and puts forward the problems faced by the current company.Using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model analysis method to effectively analyze the external environment of market competition of Suntech's Internet education company,using value chain analysis The method of law and internal factor evaluation matrix analysis makes a reasonable judgment on the internal environment of Suntech's Internet education enterprise.The SWOT analysis method is used to elaborate the four advantages of the competitive environment,such as advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Finally,the author combines the results.The conclusion is that the differentiated competition strategy is adopted as the market competition strategy of Suntech's Internet education,and the safeguard measures of the company's competitive strategy are established from four aspects: human resource system,marketing system,operational service capability and technology research and development capability.The paper hopes that through the analysis and research on the competition strategy of Suntech's Internet education market,it can provide an operational competitive strategy and guarantee for Suntech's Internet adult education products,and also develop a market for emerging startups or enterprises preparing to enter Internet education.Provide a reasonable reference value when competing strategies.
