At the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Universities held in Beijing from 7 to 8 December 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping,President of the People’s Republic of China,put forward the concept of "Curriculum Civics",making it clear that educators must take the establishment of moral education as a fundamental task,use and give full play to the function of the main channel for educating people in the classroom,combine the characteristics of each course and organically integrate it into The course is a scientific discipline,and it is also a scientific discipline.Biology is a scientific subject in high school,which contains rich elements of thinking and politics in the curriculum."The course is a scientific subject,which is rich in elements of thinking and politics.Based on the cultivation of core literacy,this study integrates the concept of curriculum thinking and government into the teaching of high school biology.The researcher used the literature analysis method to study the background and significance of the study,the current situation of domestic and international research,the definition of concepts,and the theoretical basis.On this basis,the interview method was used to understand the current situation of teachers’ integration of the concept of thinking politics in teaching in this school,and the questionnaire survey method was used to understand students’ awareness and attitude towards thinking politics.Through analyzing the results of the survey on the current situation of curriculum thinking politics implementation,the researcher found that most young researchers found that most of the young teachers in the school had failed to pay attention to the exploration and integration of curriculum thinking politics in high school biology.The researcher took classes 25 and 26 of the first year of senior high school in RQ City No.1Middle School as the practice objects and understood the development level of students’ core literacy through the distribution of questionnaires on core literacy in high school biology.On this basis,the researcher took Compulsory 1 "Molecules and Cells" of the general high school biology textbook of the People’s edition as an example,explored the elements of curriculum thinking politics in this textbook,and proposed that in the teaching of high school biology through "The course is based on the example of "Molecules and Cells" in the general high school biology textbook of the People’s The three sections,"The Cell is the Basic Unit of Life Activity","Protein is the Main Undertaker of Life Activity" and "Division of Labour and Cooperation among Organelles",is selected for the case study.A post-test questionnaire on the core literacy development level was distributed at the later stage of the practice.Through the pre and post-test analysis of the questionnaire on students’ core literacy development level,the researcher found that integrating the concept of curriculum thinking into the teaching of high school biology had a positive effect on enhancing students’ core literacy level and performed best in the social responsibility dimension.
