| The profound and extensive Chinese "harmony" culture is highly valued by General Secretary Xi Jinping,who emphasizes learning from and absorbing its useful elements while adhering to the combination of theoretical innovation and practical application.Xizang is a region inhabited by multiple ethnic groups and is located in the frontier area,making it a key region for the nation’s struggle against separatism.College students in Xizang’s universities are an important source of talent for Xizang’s social development.Therefore,promoting the integration of Chinese "harmony" culture into ideological and political education in Xizang’s universities not only benefits the theoretical innovation and practical application of Chinese "harmony" culture,but also contributes to the dissemination of patriotic ideas,the strengthening of the Chinese national community awareness,and the enhancement of the sense of responsibility for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation among teachers and students.Furthermore,it is conducive to the development of Xizang’s education industry and the construction of a harmonious society in Xizang.This paper investigated the integration of Chinese "harmony" culture into ideological and political education in Xizang’s universities,identified existing issues,and proposed corresponding countermeasures.Based on domestic and international research achievements,the study mainly employed literature review and questionnaire survey methods.Firstly,the core content,basic connotations,and inheritance value of the Chinese "harmony" culture were interpreted.Subsequently,the feasibility of integrating Chinese "harmony" culture into ideological and political education in Xizang’s universities was analyzed due to its close connection with Marxism theory,excellent traditional Xizang’s culture,and ideological and political education.The necessity arises from the practical requirements of ensuring moral education and improving talent quality in Xizang’s universities,the inner needs of consolidating the national community consciousness among teachers and students,and the inevitable demands for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Second,the author visited five universities in Xizang,conversed with 20 teachers,and conducted questionnaire surveys among students at Xizang University and Xizang Minzu University.The current status and existing problems of integrating Chinese "harmony" culture into ideological and political education in Xizang’s universities were identified,and the causes of these problems were analyzed from four aspects: society,schools,teachers,and students.Finally,guided by Xi Jinping’s important discourse on education and based on the actual situation in Xizang’s universities,countermeasures for the existing problems are proposed from both vertical aspects,including attention,knowledge literacy,teaching content,assessment guarantees,educational methods,and atmosphere construction,and horizontal aspects,such as society,universities,teachers,and students.For example,strengthening the emphasis on Chinese "harmony" culture in Xizang’s universities,enhancing the cultural literacy of teachers in Xizang’s universities,and deepening the integration of Chinese "harmony" culture into the teaching content in Xizang’s universities,aiming to provide some assistance for its integration into ideological and political education in Xizang’s universities. |
