Our society is in the period of reforming, whatever the political, economic, cultural and social psychological aspects are all undergoing tremendous changes. There is the new demands for ideological and political education, for example ideological and political education has to study by the new science machines, be tight with the times step, be improving interdisciplinary research and the effectiveness. Ecology is a science which researches for the relationship between biological and environmental and emphasizes the nature subject must respect to the object, the harmony between man and the environment, the system's harmonious balance. Because the ideological and political education system is constitute by the education subject, object, environmental factors and so on, so it has inherent unity with the ecology. Therefore, when we research ideological and political education, it is possible to use the ecological contemplation.This thesis studies the performance and cracked path of ideological and political education ecological predicament. The ideological and political education in universities is considered as a complex ecosystem in this paper, and the relationship between inside and outside factors of the ecological system is be in-depth analysis in this paper. Based on this, combining the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the paper discusses the ideological and political education ecology facing difficulties. Finally, through reference by ecology dynamic rule, I will from four Angle externals which are factors respectively ecological mutual, horizontal ecologic circulation, longitudinal ecological docking, internal factors coordinated to looking for the way of which cracked the dilemma of ideological and political education and enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.
