Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Fighting Spirit In The New Era

Each generation has its own struggle,and an era has an era of responsibility.In the course of the Chinese history of five thousand years,the spirit of struggle plays an indelible role.All the convenient conditions and quality of life we enjoy now are the results of the efforts of our predecessors,and the process of struggle itself is a kind of happiness.The Chinese nation can still enter the new era in a century,thanks to the indomitable fighting spirit of generations of Chinese people,which is a cultural gene deeply integrated into the blood of the Chinese nation.In a new era,the spirit of struggle has also been endowed with the connotation of a new era.College students are the promoters and creators of the new era,and encouraging the cultivation of college students is an important factor to shape the new people of The Times.At present,some of the college students to cultivate the fighting spirit accept stay on the surface,become a mere formality,have understanding of the fighting spirit,lack of identity,lack of trust,lack of faith,action,lack of confidence,fighting spirit cultivation work is difficult to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,therefore,deal with the new era of college students fighting spirit,need to strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of struggle,for their button "first button",highlight the spirit of national and national strength.This paper tries to strengthen the effect of cultivating college students’ fighting spirit from the perspective of the time dimension of the new era,and systematically answers the question of how to cultivate the fighting spirit in the new era.This study adopts a combination of empirical research and theoretical research.In the aspect of empirical research,through the investigation and analysis of questionnaires,the mainstream status quo and existing problems of the fighting spirit cultivation in the new era are analyzed.In the theoretical level elaborated the new era of college students struggle spirit core concept and the basic connotation,combing the Marxist classic writers,Chinese excellent traditional culture,Chinese communists and xi important discourse about youth struggle spirit,on this basis,from college students themselves,college,society,national four aspects expounds the new era of college students struggle spirit value implication,form a new era of college students struggle spirit cultivation work theory framework.In view of the problems existing in the new era of college students ’struggle spirit cultivation work,focusing on the colleges and universities,from cultivating object,cultivating,cultivating body,cultivating ring body four aspects of the attribution analysis and research,according to the analysis of the theoretical framework,cultivating the focus on the work of colleges and universities to explore the optimization of the new era of college students’ struggle spirit.After investigation and analysis found that the new era of college students ’struggle spirit cultivation work has obtained certain result,mainly displays in: the new era of college students of struggle spirit has higher awareness,universities of the new era of college students struggle spirit cultivate attention to improve degree,the new era of college students’ struggle spirit cultivating social environment optimization,etc.At the same time,it also face some problems: college students dilute the spirit of struggle,most families neglect the cultivation of the struggle spirit,the method of cultivating the struggle spirit in schools,and the unified mechanism of cultivating the struggle spirit in the society.In the questionnaire survey,in this paper,the problems and causes of college students’ struggle consciousness are analyzed in this paper.The cultivation of college students’ striving spirit in the new era is not accomplished overnight,but needs to be carried out step by step.In order to achieve obvious cultivation effect,we must realize the collaborative work of individual level,family level,university level and social level,and cooperate with the work well.Firstly,the society should build the practice position of struggle spirit cultivation,combine the students’ struggle theory with practice,optimize the social environment and guarantee the work of the new era.Secondly,the school and teachers should play the main role,the school should integrate the educational resources,create the campus atmosphere where teachers and students work together,strengthen the teachers,improve the struggle spirit cultivation curriculum,optimize the methods of struggle spirit cultivation and integrate the campus cultural activities.Teachers should give full play to the main role of classroom in classroom teaching,give full play to classroom resources,rely on the advantages of new media and change the expression of discourse to normalize the cultivation of the spirit of struggle.Thirdly,the family plays a good role of family education,advocating from the daily trifles,example demonstration and home-school joint education to integrate into the fighting spirit of college students rendering,cultivation work.Finally,college students to give full play to their own enthusiasm from knowledge,emotion and behavior.
