In carrying out the Party's educational policy in the new era,we should adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,carry out the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,adhere to the socialist orientation of running schools,and carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.In carrying out the Party's educational policy in the new era,we should adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,carry out the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,adhere to the socialist orientation of running schools,and carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that we should take root in China's education,speed up the modernization of education,build a powerful country in education,and do a good job in education satisfactory to the people,strive to cultivate new people in the era of national rejuvenation,and train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty ancd la'bor.All these put forward new requirements for the teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities.The emergence of new characteri.stics and forms has aroused widespread concern in society.The relationship between teachers and students is the most important one among many relationships in Colleges and universities,and the basis of all other relationships.Harmonious teacher-student relationship is of great significance for training high-quality talents and realizing the comprehensive and individualized development of College students.Harmonious teacher-student relationship is not only a harmonious and harmonious state of communication between teachers and students,but also a microcosm of h,armonious society in Colleges and universities.The relationship between teachers and students in the development of higher education and teaching is composed of three different forms:moral relationship,teac.hing relationship and psychological relationship.The three levels are closely related,interacted and indispensable,and one of them lags behind the development of the teacher-student relationship will affect the overall healthy development.ln this study,400 undergraduates and postgraduates of Xi'an University of Technology were tested by consulting materials and compiling a self-designed questionnaire on the current situation of teacher-student relationship.Some teachers wer e interviewed by designing interview questions.To some extent,the teachers' and students' views on teachers and students were revealed.Through investigation and research,teachers and students were taught.Teacher and student analysis,understand the factors affecting teacher-student relationship and explore how to establish a harmonious new type of teacher-student relationshipIn the end,this study puts forward four paths to build a harmonious new teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities,which are analyzed from four aspects:society,schools,teachers and students.Aiming at the problems existing in the development of teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities and the related influencing factors,this paper puts forward an ideal model for establishing a new teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities.Main measures.On the premise of overcoming the drawbacks of the old teacher-student relationship model and adhering to the principles of subjectivity,emotion and development,we should establish a new teacher-student relationship model in universities with equal personality,respect for understanding,communication,interaction and cooperation,knowledge sharing and competent teachers.
