Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Striving Spirit In The New Era

The spirit of struggle is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation.It is also an important basis for the victory of the Communist Party of China in various historical stages,and it also provides spiritual power for people’s desire for a better life.The promotion of the spirit of struggle is not only the experience of historical practice,but also the inevitable need of the development of the times.Nowadays,abundant material resources and superior material growth environment will lead to a certain extent that most college students do not form a correct cognition of the spirit of struggle,and ignore the times and development of the spirit of struggle.At present,there are still some problems to be solved in the cultivation of college students in China,which is aimed at the spirit of struggle.This not only seriously affects the college students’ overall development,but also affects the progress of society and the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of college students’ fighting spirit has become an urgent problem to be solved by the country and society in the new era.Using the principles and methods of Ideological and political education and Marxist theory as a guide this paper studies the cultivation of college students’ struggle spirit in the new era,and countermeasures are put forward based on the analysis of the current situation and problems.The analysis of the present situation and problems lays a foundation for the optimization method proposed in the following paper.The content mainly includes the following five parts:The first part summarizes the connotation of college students’ striving spirit cultivation in the new era.In order to explain the realistic basis,significance and essential characteristics of the spirit of struggle,this spirit is the new era,and can analyze the basic content and link of the spirit of struggle cultivation,this cultivation for the new era of college students,all rely on the connotation of the spirit of struggle.The second part expounds the thought resources about the cultivation of college students’ struggle spirit in the new era,and explains its practical significance.The research takes Marxist classical writers,Excellent Traditional Chinese culture and Chinese Communists’ thoughts on fighting spirit as theoretical sources.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ fighting spirit in the new era.Because it provides the spiritual power for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and it plays a vital role in strengthening the ideological and political education of college students and their overall development and growth.The third part combs the current situation of college students’ fighting spirit in new era.The overall state of college students’ fighting spirit in the new era is good,but some college students still lack of progress,lack of work,lack of ideals and beliefs.The fourth part sums up the existing problems and challenges in the cultivation of college students’ fighting spirit in the new era.It is mainly reflected in five aspects:the inadequacy of guiding college students’ concept of struggle,the inadequacy of integrating the cultivation of struggle spirit into the classroom,the inadequacy of digging and carrying forward struggle culture,the urgent need to strengthen the connotation of struggle practice education and the need to optimize the cultivation environment of struggle spirit.The fifth part,put forward the new era college students struggle spirit cultivation approach.We must establish a new era of struggle,clear direction;Based on the main channel of classroom,deepen the cognition of struggle;We should vigorously promote the culture of struggle and enhance the resonance of struggle;We must carry out intensive practice and enhance our ability to struggle.To strengthen the atmosphere to create,optimize the cultivation of the spirit of struggle environment.
