| First and foremost,education must answer the question of what kind of person is being trained.It is certainly true that the education of human beings has become the most crucial factor in achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.From a historical perspective,the Chinese Communist Party has always regarded the development of training successors as an important enterprise of the Party and the country.In this essay,I will analyze the experiences of the Chinese Communist Party in training its successors from the perspective of a century-old educational policy and strengthen the understanding of the laws of how to train the successors of the Chinese Communist Party.This article starts from the basic meaning of the concerned concept,and analysis of the content and characteristics of the different stages of succession training.At the same time,grasp the changes of the educational policy as a whole,so that we can better understand and grasp the content of the educational policy,and enhance the consciousness and initiative of implementing the Party’s educational policy.The thought originates from the objective existence,and history,as a true reflection of the objective existence,is like a mirror,using history as a guide to the future.A dialectical and historical materialist perspective on the development of the Party’s educational policy.At the same time,the experience can be summed up to lay the foundation for the correct development direction of education in the new era,as well as the formulation of a scientific policy on nurturing people.From the actual point of view of the Party’s education work,we can see that although the cultivation of successors in different periods is different in political needs,key content,training forms and other aspects,in the four historical periods,the goal of cultivating people always insists on "for whom to cultivate people,who to cultivate people,how to cultivate people".This paper analyzes and compares the key discussion on the cultivation of successors in the education policy of the Party Central Committee in four historical stages.In combing process of historical research,in education policy is the succession of content,on the basis of summarizing the basic content and characteristics of helps in the understanding of the education policy,deepen understand its connotation.At the same time to promote the development of the new era of youth generation of high quality,has the important theory significance and practice value. |
