| The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "The fundamental task of education is to cultivate the socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical beauty." The campus culture wall is not only an organic part of campus culture,but also an important platform of implicit moral education,so the campus culture wall bears the important responsibility of moral education.Cultural wall has its special moral education function,we should let "environment education" fall to the ground.As the soul and commander of the five education,moral education is the basis for students to grow into qualified socialist builders and successors,so it is necessary for the campus cultural wall to play its due function.So what are the moral functions of the campus cultural wall? What does moral Education on Campus Culture Wall include? How to make the moral education function of campus cultural wall play better? These problems are the main points of this paper.In the process of writing the paper,the author adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice and adopts research methods such as literature method,observation method and interview method.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is related theoretical research.Starting from the purpose and significance of the topic,it defines the concept of moral education function of the cultural wall in the primary school campus and defines the content and scope of the research.The second part is to develop the observation scale and grade evaluation table on the basis of theoretical research.Using the observation scale and grade evaluation table as tools,the collected pictures of campus cultural walls are observed.Interview table was used to interview teachers and students to understand the status quo of moral education function of cultural wall in primary school.The third part is to find out the existing problems from the current situation of the moral education function of the cultural wall in primary school.The problems mainly include the imbalance of the moral education function of the cultural wall in primary school,the deviation of the main body of the moral education function of the cultural wall in primary school,and the surface of the moral education function of the cultural wall in primary school.On the basis of the problem,the reasons involve the school,the head teacher and the students at three levels.The first is the school,which fails to give full play to the leading role of the cultural wall.Secondly,the head teacher,as the subject of moral education construction,has less discourse power,heavy teaching task and moral education quality.Finally,students have a low sense of identity to the campus cultural wall.The author analyzes the factors that influence the moral education function of campus cultural wall from the aspects of school,teachers and students,and finally puts forward the strategy of optimizing the moral education function of campus cultural wall.The strategy has four aspects.First,the school defines the content of moral education and carries out corresponding training.Secondly,it is necessary to highlight the leading position of teachers in the creation of cultural wall and improve teachers’ understanding of cultural wall.Then we should highlight the subjectivity of the object of moral education in the campus cultural wall and carry out the principle of people-oriented.Finally,it is to innovate the carrier of moral education content and improve the effectiveness of moral education function. |
