| With the development of the times,cultivating students’ key competencies has become the consensus of the education community.At present,the concept of subject key competencies has been implemented and reflected in the teaching of various disciplines in the school,but it is still less involved in the creation of campus wall culture.As a hidden educational resource,campus wall culture can subtly affect the knowledge,affection,intention and behavior of all students in a "moisturizing things silently" way.Therefore,based on the educational value of the background of the times and the campus wall culture,think about how to better create the wall culture of the junior high school campus according to the actual situation of the school,class and students in the context of core literacy,so as to promote the real improvement of students’ key competencies.In view of this,taking the current situation of the creation of wall culture in junior high schools under the background of core literacy as the entry point,taking three junior high schools in C City of S Province as an example,On the basis of literature analysis,this paper first reviews the development of core literacy and the creation of wall culture in junior high school.Then,starting from the theoretical level,under the background of the era of core literacy,this paper expounds the four aspects of "functional requirements of creation","overall principles of creation" and "key tasks of creation" respectively.It provides theoretical support for the establishment of wall culture in junior high school under the background of core literacy.Secondly,based on theoretical analysis,combined with the actual situation and needs of the research,from the level of reality,the method of observation and interview is used to discuss the current situation of the creation of wall culture in junior high school campus under the background of core literacy,including the experience,existing deficiencies and reason analysis.Finally,according to the realistic materials obtained from the investigation,combined with the creation requirements and principles outlined in the earlier stage,the paper further discusses the optimization strategy of the wall culture of junior high school campus under the background of core literacy from five aspects: the participant,the creation idea,the creation content,the creation form and the maintenance and management.It is concluded that although certain experience has been gained in the creation of wall culture in junior high school under the background of core literacy,there are still some shortcomings.The main experiences are: junior high school adhere to the creation of the concept of student-oriented and five education;Junior high school has a comprehensive conception,fully excavating the elements of education;The junior high school keeps pace with The Times and realizes the effective use of network resources such as multimedia.The deficiencies are as follows: in the aspect of updating and maintenance,the core literacy related topics and content are updated slowly,and the management is not in place;In the aspect of creation content,the selection of relevant content of core literacy is biased and the elements are simplified;In the form of exhibition,the wall culture related to the core quality is rigid and uniform,and unattractive;In terms of participants,students lack of participation and subjectivity when creating wall culture related to core literacy.Based on the above shortcomings,the author analyzes the causes: firstly,it is due to the improper management of the school;Secondly,it is due to the lack of sufficient awareness and ability of teachers.Finally,it is due to the students’ understanding is not in place.To solve the above problems,in order to improve the current situation and truly enhance the core literacy of students through the wall culture of junior high school,this paper puts forward optimization strategies for the creation of wall culture of junior high school under the background of core literacy: based on the core literacy,establish a "trinity" creation community,advocate schools to improve management functions,teachers to improve personal literacy,and students to enhance the awareness of participation;According to the core quality,pay attention to the transformation of the creation idea,including the transformation of the concept of education and the establishment of innovation consciousness;Closely follow the core quality and highlight the creation content of the core quality,that is,pay attention to the comprehensiveness and integrity of the content of the core quality;Around the core quality,strengthen the diversity and novelty of the creation form;Finally,based on the core quality,strengthen the intensity of maintenance and supervision management. |
