Research On College Students’ Network Morality Anomie And Its Governance

Network moral anomie refers to the disorder of the whole network social behavior caused by the lack of moral consciousness,the absence of moral behavior,the indifference of moral emotion and the lag of network moral norms in the network space.The research on college students’ network moral anomie and governance is not only a positive response to the needs of the Party and the country to strengthen the construction of network civilization and improve the digital literacy of the whole people,but also the needs of college students’ ideological and political education in the era of rapid development of new media.Through collecting,reading and studying the relevant information of college students’ network moral anomie,this paper systematically grasps the latest research trends and research results,and based on the real cases of college students’ network moral anomie in cyberspace,hoping to achieve the purpose of "understanding the current situation of college students’ network moral,reasonably analyzing the causes of college students’ network moral anomie,and putting forward operational countermeasures".Starting from the analysis of concepts,this paper first defines the relevant concepts of morality,network morality,network moral anomie,and on this basis,analyzes and discusses the theoretical basis and ideological reference of college students’ network moral anomie and governance from the aspects of Marxist theory of social existence and social consciousness,"prudent independence" theory,inter-subjectivity theory,attribution theory,and so on,Based on the real cases of current college students’ network moral anomie and according to the specific patterns of their network moral anomie behaviors,college students’ network moral anomie behaviors can be divided into five types: lack of network integrity,emergence of network violence,hidden danger of network social stability,serious network indifference and the proliferation of network bad customs,and thus the negative impact and common problems of college students’ network moral anomie are discussed.In terms of the specific manifestations of the five types of moral misconduct,academic misconduct and network fraud are common in the field of network integrity;In terms of cyber violence,hacker activities and violent statements in cyberspace have occurred from time to time;In terms of network social stability,there are phenomena such as network social secrets,network fine days,network rumors,etc.among college students;The bystander’s indifference and the recipient’s indifference are the manifestations of the network moral indifference.In addition,the network bad customs are mainly manifested in the network spoof and network pornography among college students.From the perspective of the negative impact of college students’ network moral anomie,its harm involves a wide range of aspects,including not only the level of college students themselves,but also the level of college education and cyberspace,specifically manifested in the alienation of college students themselves,the weakening of the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and the deterioration of cyberspace order.At the same time,by analyzing the phenomenon of college students’ network moral anomie,we can see that the relative universality of moral anomie,the breaking of moral anomie behavior,the authenticity of moral anomie subject,and the diversity of moral anomie forms are the general characteristics of college students’ network moral anomie.The appearance of college students’ network moral anomie is by no means accidental.It is not only caused by college students themselves and network technology,but also affected by the objective environment.The lag of network moral education,the lack of network supervision,the multiple impact of cyberspace ideology and culture,the development of network technology and the nature of network itself,all of which may induce or promote the emergence of college students’ network moral anomie.The existence of college students’ psychological difficulties,the lack of moral spirit,and the weakness of self-discipline consciousness are the internal reasons for college students’ network moral anomie.To solve the problem of college students’ network moral anomie,we must take multiple measures.At the level of network moral education,we should speed up the renewal of network moral education concept,strengthen the construction of network moral education team and accelerate the innovation of network moral education discourse;At the level of network supervision,we should strengthen network supervision to standardize moral misconduct,develop network supervision technology to track moral misconduct,and improve network regulations to punish moral misconduct;At the level of network moral culture construction,we should clarify the direction of network moral culture construction,enrich the content of network moral culture,and strengthen the development and management of network moral culture;At the level of college students’ subject itself,we should pay attention to dredge the network psychological problems of college students’ subject,cultivate the moral spirit of college students’ subject,and promote the self-discipline of the subject,so as to cultivate college students’ network subject to form a sound moral personality.
