Research On Social Support For College Graduates Returning To Their Hometowns To Start Businesses Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must activate the driving force for agricultural and rural development,strengthen and optimize the construction of rural talent teams,and provide technical,intellectual support for agriculture and rural areas.At present,the gap in high-level human resources in agriculture and rural areas provides new opportunities for solving the employment problem of college graduates in China.However,china’s current social conditions for attracting college graduates to return to their hometowns to start businesses are not mature enough;the policy system for ensuring that college graduates return to their hometowns to start businesses is not yet complete enough,and how to establish and improve the social support system for college graduates to return to their hometowns to start a business,create better conditions for college graduates to join the ranks of returning to their hometowns to start a business,and enhance the willingness of college graduates to return to their hometowns to start a business is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis and other research methods,taking the return of graduates from five different levels of colleges and universities in Wuhan to start a business,taking the social support theory as the theoretical basis,investigating and analyzing the current situation of university graduates returning to their hometowns to start a business from the aspects of motivation for returning to their hometowns,preparation for entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial support needs,and analyzing the social support status of university graduates returning to their hometowns to start businesses from four aspects,such as the government,schools,families,and society.The study found that there are the following problems in China’s existing social support system: First,at the government level,policy publicity needs to be strengthened,the application threshold for support policies is too high,policy formulation does not match demand,the approval procedures for entrepreneurship need to be simplified,and the functional departments for entrepreneurship need to be coordinated;second,at the university level,the university entrepreneurship education system needs to be complete,the promotion of college entrepreneurship information channels is small,the cooperation between colleges and universities is not close enough,and the frequency of entrepreneurship practice activities is low;third,at the family level,the family entrepreneurship concept is backward,There is less emotional support and simple social relations;fourth,at the level of social organizations,the financial support of social organizations is small,the participation in entrepreneurial activities is not active enough,and the quality of entrepreneurial training is low.These problems have caused social phenomena such as the reluctance of university graduates to return to their hometowns to start businesses,the low success rate of returning to their hometowns to start a business,and the small proportion of entrepreneurs returning to their hometowns.In order to solve the problems related to the return of college graduates to start a business,a relatively perfect social support system should be built from four aspects:first,at the government level,it is necessary to improve the quality of the entrepreneurship support policy system,increase the publicity of the return to the hometown entrepreneurship policy,simplify the steps of the approval procedure for entrepreneurship applications,and coordinate the cooperation of the functional departments of entrepreneurship;second,at the university level,it is necessary to improve the entrepreneurship education system of colleges and universities,increase the promotion of return entrepreneurship information,increase the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and increase the frequency of entrepreneurial activities in the hometown The third is at the family level,it is necessary to change the concept of family returning to their hometown to start a business,enhance the emotional support of entrepreneurial families,and establish diversified financing channels;fourth,at the level of social organizations,it is necessary to increase the investment of social organizations,actively organize participation in entrepreneurial activities,and improve the quality of entrepreneurial training courses.
