Research On The Entrepreneurial Behavior Of Rural College Students Returning To Their Hometowns In Linzhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 20 th Party Congress proposes to "comprehensively promote the revitalization of the countryside.Adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,adhere to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and smooth the flow of urban and rural elements.Promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organization." College students of rural origin who return to their hometowns to start their own businesses are important subjects for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Compared with urban college students,rural college students have become the main force of returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and employment.Moreover,compared with ordinary villagers,rural college students are more qualified,more flexible and younger,and have a greater possibility of returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses.This paper takes rural college students returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses as the entry point,and takes the rural college students returning to their hometowns in Linzhou City as the research object to analyze the industry selection and organization types of rural college students returning to their hometowns in Linzhou City.In terms of research content,we design a questionnaire for the current situation of rural college students returning to their hometown in Linzhou City,and obtain real and effective first-hand data through field research based on the existing theoretical foundation.In terms of research methods,cross-tabulation analysis and logit model were mainly used to analyze the influencing factors of rural college students’ choice of entrepreneurship industry and type of entrepreneurship in their hometown.The study shows that the factors of gender,age,income from outside work,education level,number of children in the family,number of family members,whether there are friends and relatives as village cadres,and whether they are aware of the government’s entrepreneurial policies have significant effects on the choice of the industry and type of entrepreneurship for rural college students.The study also shows that due to their own limitations and the incomplete construction of related infrastructure,rural college students have problems in choosing entrepreneurial direction and projects,difficulties in financing,insufficient business capital,lack of core competitiveness of entrepreneurial products,unreasonable team formation,rural college students suffer from entrepreneurial environment,social opinion pressure,and difficulties in rural integration.On this basis,this paper proposes countermeasures to promote the entrepreneurship of rural college students in Linzhou City from four aspects: government,society,colleges and universities,and college students themselves.
