Reality Review And Optimization Research On Campus Football Reserve Talent Cultivation In Henan Province Under The Background Of "Sports And Education Integration"

In recent years,the state attaches more importance to football year by year,and the status of football in China has been significantly improved.The promulgation and implementation of relevant policies have created a huge space for reform and development of football in China.In order to realize the revitalization of China’s football,scientific youth training and strengthening the training of campus football reserve talents have become the top priority of China’s football reform and development.After continuous practice and exploration,in recent years,campus football in Henan province,represented by the provincial capital Zhengzhou,has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results in the national campus football competitions.However,the focus of the development of campus football in Henan province is always in Zhengzhou,where the excellent sports resources and educational resources gather.This mode of gathering the strength of the whole province is not a lasting way to cultivate the reserve talents of campus football in Henan Province.This research under the background of body teaching fusion,through the literature material,questionnaire survey and other research methods,according to every city in henan province geographical differences,the development of the economy,education and so on,choose five cities in henan province of the communist party of China 15 schools to investigate,from the student athletes,coaches and management three aspects,and study of campus football reserve talent training,Fully excavates the existing problems in the current training process,through the use of system management theory,structure and functionalism theory,in view of the existing problems in Henan province campus football reserve talent training optimization strategy,in order to improve the quality and effect of henan province campus football reserve talent training.The research conclusions are as follows:First,through the sorting and analysis of "Opinions on Deepening the integration of sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers",it is concluded that the realistic mission of the integration of sports and education is to strengthen the school physical education work and improve the health level of students;Reform all kinds of systems at all levels to achieve all-round development of athletes;Stimulate social sports organizations to create a good healthy atmosphere;Maintain high-level sports teams and ensure the sustainable development of student athletes.These realistic missions are consistent with the cultivation of campus football reserve talents in Henan Province,and can bring certain positive influence to the cultivation of campus football reserve talents in Henan Province.Second,the cultivation of campus football reserve talents in Henan province has made progress,such as the increasing popularity of football among students year by year,the gradual development of campus football competitions,and the more obvious educational function of football.Thirdly,there are still some problems in the training process of campus football reserve talents in Henan Province,such as vague training concept,neglect of students’ cultural learning,single content of daily training,poor training effect in competitions,negligence of management,low amount of funds and single source,and insufficient qualifications of coaches and administrators.Fourth,under the background of teaching fused campus football reserve talent training in henan province should be from to renew the idea of talent training,effective training conflict,steadily improving training effect,improve the quality of football competition,increasing satisfaction with the management,broadening sources of funding channels,enhance staff qualifications,etc to solve the problem of existing in seven aspects.Advice:First,the improvement of training quality and effect is inseparable from the transformation of training ideas,training mode and training value.In short,under the background of sports and education integration,the cultivation of campus football reserve talents in Henan province is to establish the idea of strengthening school physical education,realizing multi-dimensional linkage,connecting sports with compulsory education,high school education and college education;Implement systematic,developmental,cooperative and social training model;It reflects the cultivation value of promoting the all-round development of adolescents for the purpose of improving their health level.Second,"football education,student-oriented,scientific development road" as the ideological guidance of campus football reserve talent training in Henan Province.Make up and perfect the current campus football reserve talents in daily training,cultural learning,future development and other aspects of the defects and deficiencies.Thirdly,we should pay more attention to the training of campus
