Volleyball Schools In Hainan Province Under The Perspective Of Integration Of Sports And Education Research On Training Of Reserve Talents

Hainan is known as the "hometown of volleyball",and the Volleyball Traditional School of Hainan Province(Volleyball Traditional School)is the cradle for training volleyball reserve talents.The "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education for the Healthy Development of Youth" clearly states: deepening the integration of sports and education with Chinese characteristics,and promoting the coordinated development of cultural learning and physical exercise for youth.The integration of sports and education as a mode of training sports reserve talents in China is to meet the needs of social development and school transformation for sports reserve talents training in the new era.This paper uses literature,expert interviews,fieldwork,questionnaires and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyse the spatial distribution of traditional volleyball schools,the concept of training reserve talents,the mode of operation,athletes,coaches,competition system,resources and logistical support in the context of "integration of sports and education".The following conclusions are drawn:1.traditional volleyball schools are unevenly distributed in terms of space;the training philosophy follows the principles of "health first","people-oriented" and "teach,practice hard and play often",but the implementation is not in place;There are two modes of schooling: independent schooling and cooperation with amateur sports schools;a single management mode and poor social benefits.2.volleyball coaches are mainly young and strong,with more men than women,most of whom have volleyball grades and good teaching experience,and their titles are concentrated in middle-level teachers;they can meet the training and teaching requirements of sports teams;the number of coaches participating in training is small;there is a lack of composite team coaches;the satisfaction of coaches with their salaries is not optimistic;the selection index is not comprehensive.3.Emphasis is placed on the progress and improvement of athletic performance and cultural achievement;the graduation pipeline is mainly university-based;the contradiction between study and training is more prominent.4.Few volleyball tournaments and imperfect competition system;few participating teams and non-participation in traditional volleyball schools;less than adequate sports funding and lack of social resources;poor venue facilities in most schools;basically zero medical supervision and protection.5.The public factors affecting the development of volleyball reserve talents are:coaches and athletes,sports team management,resources,policy and management system,competition,and logistical support.Under the perspective of integration of sports and education,suggestions are made based on the importance level of the analysis of factors affecting the cultivation of reserve talents and the existence of problems: 1.increase investment and rational layout;2.integration of concepts and leading development;3.integration of management and win-win cooperation;4.integration of coaches and strengthening teachers;5.integration of athletes and achieving double excellence in learning and training;6.integration of competition and improving the tournament system;7.integration with social resources and Expand the supply of resources.
