Research On The Training Mode Of Female Football Reserve Talents In Hainan Province Under The Background Of Sport And Education Integration

In February 2022,Chinese women’s football returned to the "top of Asia",rekindling the passion of many people for football.In October of the same year,the General Administration of Sports,the Ministry of Education and four other departments issued the Programme for the Reform and Development of Women’s Football in China(hereinafter referred to as "the Programme"),which marked a new era in the development of women’s football in China.The Qiongzhong Affiliated Secondary School of Central China Normal University(hereinafter referred to as:Qiongzhong Secondary School)girls’ football team won the top honour in the 2022 China Secondary School Football Association Cup,which is a tribute and recognition to the development of women’s football in the whole of Hainan Province.The success of the "integration of sports and education" is also worth exploring and learning from.This paper takes the cultivation model of girls’ football reserve talents in secondary schools in Hainan Province as the research object,using questionnaires,field surveys and expert interviews to investigate the process of building the girls’ football team in Qiongzhong Secondary School,and analyses the cultivation model of girls’ football reserve talents in Qiongzhong Secondary School in four aspects: cultivation philosophy,cultivation objectives,cultivation mechanism and cultivation measures.The findings of the study are as follows:(1)After years of exploration and practice,the girls’ football team of Qiongzhong Middle School has achieved good results in the construction and cultivation of various age groups,and has initially built a steadily operating model for the cultivation of girls in campus football that meets its own characteristics.(2)The Qiongzhong Secondary School girls’ football team has formed a convergence of teams at all age groups,with most of the girls’ football players having started training in primary school and coming from the local rural areas of Hainan,with the majority of Li athletes.The Qiongzhong Secondary School girls’ football team has a total of 18 coaches,7 full-time and 11 external coaches respectively,with a balance of men and women,most of whom have attended more training sessions and have a rich training philosophy.(3)Training objectives: With the support of the relevant government departments in Qiongzhong County,the development and construction of girls’ football has been rapidly enhanced,and the joint planning and implementation of the transformation from a single integration of sports and education to a multi-faceted integration has led to the "government-school-athletes" working together towards the same goal,initially achieving the organic unity of objectives and tasks.(4)In terms of training philosophy,the Qiongzhong Secondary School girls’ football team has been developing for a long time,adhering to the school’s development philosophy of "football leads,diversity advances",and has always adopted the educational philosophy of "health first" in the training of girls’ football,establishing In the development of the girls’ football team,the concept of "health first",the core position of school football in school sports and the concept of "diversity and openness" have always been implemented.(5)Cultivation mechanism: The school has formed a collaborative mechanism with various departments in the cultivation of female football,including a "one-stop" service mechanism for the selection of female football players,their further education and employment,and has established a scientific management mechanism on this basis.(6)Training measures: After the implementation of the "combination of training and competition",the Qiongzhong Secondary School girls’ football team not only has14 players selected for the "national" training team,but has also achieved a series of honours and promoted the development of the "Football + N The development of the"Football + N" model has been enhanced and improved,as well as the facilities,accident and injury prevention.Recommendations:(1)Build a sharing platform and creation system for the integration of sports and education in Hainan Province to broaden the thriving field of women’s football.(2)Appropriately improve the treatment of coaches and introduce retired high-level athletes as football coaches;build a team of high-level coaches with a reasonable age structure and a stable coaching level,establish a system for the development of complex football talents,implement a mechanism of "bringing in and going out",and build a "professional + open" teaching staff.(3)Comprehensively promote changes in the evaluation system of school football,and effectively change the tendency to evaluate the development of school football purely on the basis of promotion rates and success rates.(4)Improve and scientifically manage the personal growth records of athletes.(5)Break through the limitations of regional enrolment,establish cooperation with other developed provinces and cities,and expand the proportion of urban selection for the whole province and even the whole country for urban and rural areas.(6)By reasonably adjusting the teaching schedule,content and form of cultural learning,the training rules and learning rules of female football players can be organically combined to minimise the "learning-training contradiction".
