Research On The Development Path Of Rural Sports Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is an important deployment made by the Party Central Committee to improve the rural economic and social outlook,is a vane for the development of rural areas in China in the coming years,and also provides a new opportunity for the development of rural sports.This article takes Jingyan County,Leshan City,the author’s hometown,as an example,and takes the residents of various townships with rural household registration in Jingyan County as the survey objects.With the help of research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview,and field survey,it comprehensively investigates and understands the development status of rural sports in Jingyan County.Then,based on the data and information obtained from the survey,it deeply analyzes the development status,main problems,and various constraints of rural sports in Jingyan County;Finally,based on the opportunity of rural revitalization needle,this paper proposes the path of rural sports development in Jingyan County in response to these constraints.The research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)The development of rural sports in Jingyan County is mainly faced with the following constraints: the factors of the masses themselves,mainly reflected in the misunderstanding of the masses about sports,and the relatively small number of people participating in sports;Policy factors: Currently,there are few policies aimed at the development of rural sports,and there is insufficient policy support for the development of rural sports;Due to financial factors,Jingyan County is a large agricultural county with high financial pressure at all levels,and the amount of special funds used to develop rural sports is extremely low;Facility and site factors: Although the number of facilities and sites is increasing,due to the large number of people and inadequate maintenance of facilities and sites,existing facilities and sites cannot meet the actual needs of rural people;Due to the hosting factors of events,the number of events and activities with rural people as the main participants is small,and the promotion is not in place,resulting in fewer participants and weak influence;Due to the organizational factors of sports associations,the number of existing non-governmental sports associations is small,and many associations are not registered,resulting in difficulties in implementing unified management.The role of sports associations as grassroots sports organizations has not been fully played.(2)The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has brought a new path to the development of rural sports in Jingyan County.We can use the policy opportunity of rural revitalization to seize the opportunity to vigorously develop rural sports.The specific path is as follows:(1)"Industrial revitalization" drives the development of rural sports through industrial construction.Jingyan County can add sports elements while developing the cultural and tourism industry,introduce sports projects,build sports venues in rural areas,and introduce rural sports events based on the background of rural revitalization,so that sports and tourism can develop together "Talent revitalization" sports talents boost the development of rural sports.The implementation of the "talent revitalization" strategy in the rural revitalization strategy has brought an east wind to the solution of the shortage of local sports professionals "Cultural revitalization" combines culture to cultivate rural people’s interest in sports.The revitalization of sports culture is an integral part of the revitalization of rural culture,which has brought a broad platform for the active dissemination of sports culture in the rural areas of Jingyan County "Organizational revitalization" strengthens the construction of non-governmental sports organizations.The cultivation and development of rural social organizations is an important part of the revitalization of rural organizations.It is also an excellent policy opportunity for the cultivation and development of rural sports organizations in Jingyan County "Ecological revitalization" creates a good environment for rural sports.With the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the ecological environment of Jingyan County has been continuously improved,and ecological revitalization helps to create a better natural and cultural environment for the development of rural sports in Jingyan County.
